Soaking in water with various medicinal materials is the choice of many people who love health and beauty. Put some medlar to improve eyesight, add some jujube to enrich blood, drink some lemonade to whiten skin, and put some chrysanthemum tea to reduce fire ... but have you drunk all these health teas right? The truth is, you don't understand!

First, medlar water

Lycium barbarum is really a good thing, but it is difficult to completely absorb the vitamin carotene in Lycium barbarum by simple soaking. Moreover, most of the vitamins contained in Lycium barbarum are water-soluble and easily destroyed by heat.

Chrysanthemum indicum can effectively prevent and treat epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and influenza. However, wild chrysanthemum is bitter and cold.
