Famous Taoist Temple: Xi 'an Chongyang Palace
Chongyang Palace, 20 kilometers away from Xinchang County, is located in the rock-breaking Nineteen Peak Scenic Area, hidden deep in the Zhu Gui Valley surrounded by mountains and flowing clear water, with beautiful scenery and superior ecological environment. In this area, during the Eastern Han, Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties, Gao Hong, Wang Xizhi, Xie Lingyun and others lived in seclusion. In the Tang Dynasty, Taoist priests Sima Chengzhen, Wu Yun and Li Bai sought immortality and seclusion, and were called Taoist resorts in eastern Zhejiang.

Sitting on Houjinshan and Guizhuling, I respect my old son and look at the seamount. There is a wonderful show in front of the door. Now it is Xinchang tourism, leisure and health base. Chongyang Palace, the 10th hole of Taoism, the 60th blessed place of Taoism, and the altar of Taoist temple in Qing Dynasty, is the first open Taoist temple in Shaoxing and one of the largest Taoist temples in Zhejiang Province. Beautiful mountains and rivers, long Taoist temples and long veins of Taoism have become another religious tourist attraction in Xinchang County after the Big Buddha Temple.

Taoism is Yang in the upper part, Yin in the lower part, Yang in the clear part, Yin in the turbid part, and Yang in the upper part and Qing in the upper part, so it is called "Chongyang". In this area, there were Hong Gao, Chu, Xu Mai, Wang Xizhi, Xie Lingyun and Gao Daosi Ma, Wu Yun and Li Bai in the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, so it was called the Taoist Resort in East Zhejiang.

At the beginning of Tang Kaiyuan (7 13-74 1), Wu Yun, the 12th descendant of Shangqing School and a famous Taoist scholar in China, once married in the valley, and lived in seclusion with Li Bai, the 15th descendant of Shangqing School. It is regarded as the tenth hole by Taoism and named Huiji Cave because it belongs to Huiji Mountain Range. In the ninth year of Kaiyuan, Sima Chengzhen, the 12th master of Shangqing School, was called to visit Wu Jun, but he came back in vain, so he suddenly felt remorse, leaving a regrettable ruin of the mountain bridge, which was also regarded as the 60th blessed land by Taoism.

Chongyang Palace Scenic Area is the shooting point of CCTV's "The Condor Heroes" and is now the location shooting base of CCTV's film and television.
