If it is difficult to provide the proof that the employer agrees to apply for the exam, it can be provided before the examination and physical examination with the consent of the recruiting unit (or competent department).

If there are people who fail to pass the qualification examination or voluntarily give up the interview qualification, they will be replaced by the interviewer in the order of high score to low score in the written examination. The qualification examination of the replacement candidates is the same as above.

If the number of qualified scores of recruitment posts does not reach the required interview ratio, it is really necessary to enter the interview. Only after the recruitment unit and the competent department agree and report to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval can they enter the interview.

When the recruitment position does not reach the qualified score line, the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled.

The determined list of interviewers will be publicized by the recruiting unit on the website of Wuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, relevant websites of counties (cities, districts) and the work area of the unit for 5 working days, and the recruiting unit will inform the interviewers of the interview time, place and related matters.

2. Publish an interview announcement

The list of interviewers is published on the website of Wuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau () and related websites of counties (cities, districts). The recruitment unit entrusted by the human resources and social security department shall notify the interviewer in writing of the interview time, place and relevant requirements.

After the list of interviewers is published, if any candidate voluntarily gives up the interview qualification, he will not hire another interviewer and will be interviewed according to the actual number.

3. Interview qualification examination

Before the interview, all recruiting units and competent departments will conduct on-site qualification review.

4. Organization of the interview

There is a strict review system for interviews.

5. Interview method

It can be conducted through structured interviews, scenario simulations, practical operations and other forms.

The full mark of the interview score is 100, the interview score of 60 is qualified, and those whose interview score does not reach 60 shall not be determined as assessment candidates.

If the applicant has doubts about the results of other physical examination items, he can apply for re-examination to the physical examination implementation organ within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination, and re-examination will be carried out after approval.
