My own constitution belongs to the type that I can't eat fat, so I generally don't control my appetite subjectively. Although there are some trade-offs, I seldom eat sashimi, barbecue and hot pot, but in most cases I still eat whatever I want, especially sweets.

Last year, I did a genetic test, and the accuracy was also very appropriate. People with TCF7L2 gene in the body can precisely regulate insulin secretion, so that sugar is not easy to accumulate into fat, so even a bowl of milk tea with cake and rice is not easy to gain weight. In the special period of the epidemic, it is essential to maintain physical and mental health and study. I haven't tried a light diet before, and I don't know its efficacy. With curiosity, after personal practice, I feel that there are many benefits and no one else is happy. I would like to share my experience and gains with you here.

Review of fast food experience

Why a light diet? What does it have to do with health? As the saying goes, "medicine and food are homologous", and the food we eat is mainly to maintain life activities. However, bad eating habits, environmental pollution, pesticide residues in food, etc. Make toxins accumulate in our bodies. Diet from day/kloc-0 to day 7:

Lunch: a small bowl of millet porridge (no millet or rice porridge instead).

Matters needing attention when going back to the valley after a week of fasting, the first three gods are mainly nourishing the stomach and conditioning the kidneys and lungs:

Morning: choose one of health porridge, a, a small bowl of white rice porridge; B, black glutinous rice, millet, oats, oatmeal, lotus seeds, and a small bowl of five kinds of mixed porridge with equal weight; C, a small bowl of millet porridge; D, a small bowl of black glutinous rice porridge; Remarks: A small amount of seasonal vegetables can be added to the health porridge to make vegetable health porridge, and the vegetables must be chopped and cooked.

Noon: a small dish of black fungus cold salad (a small amount), a small bowl of lotus seed soup and white fungus (more soup and less ingredients), 5 jujubes, 5- 10 raw peanuts. Chew each pill 20 times and swallow it casually, then take another pill.

Evening: 2-3 tablespoons of pure black sesame powder (small rice spoon), eat directly or drink with water.

On the fourth day, five elements were balanced and regulated:

Morning: a small bowl of "millet porridge"; A small amount of seasonal vegetables can be added to the porridge to make vegetable porridge, and the vegetables must be chopped and cooked.

Noon: a small bowl of "Ten Cereal Porridge", a small bowl of "Five-color Vegetable Health Soup" (less vegetables and more soup), a moderate amount of staple food, 5 jujubes and raw peanuts 5- 10.

Evening: 2-3 tablespoons of pure black sesame powder (small rice spoon), eat directly or drink with water.

The harvest of fast food

My personal gain from not eating:

1, the stomach feels relaxed. In the past, three meals a day should be mixed with meat and vegetables. Eating less is afraid of malnutrition. In fact, you don't need to worry like this. Experience fast food personally and eliminate psychological worries. During this period, work, housework, taking care of children and exercise are not affected by the "malnutrition" of light diet, provided that they are healthy. On the contrary, not eating makes me feel more energetic and lighter.

2, lose 4 pounds, and the waist becomes thinner. This is also expected by many partners involved in fast food. Everyone's weight changes differently, about ten kilograms more. I am not fat, and losing weight is not what I want most. It is worthwhile to have a good body, relax physically and mentally, and be quick-thinking.

3, the skin is shiny and clear. This has a lot to do with the light diet and the reduction of visceral burden during fasting. At the same time, people's mood has become more peaceful. Fasting is a process of both internal and external cultivation.

I also pay more attention to diet and health care every day. I have the habit of insisting on yoga and Tai Chi exercise, and my body consciousness is better. Fasting is a brand-new experience, which makes us realize our "inner desire", return to our true self and improve our physical and mental health. It's like giving our bodies a short holiday, giving TA time and space to relax, and cleaning up the garbage accumulated in our hearts for many years with the power of calming down.

Using the experience and harvest of this fast food, I also have a good impression and interest in fast food, which is indispensable for health and wellness. Through screening, I bought a systematic study of Strange Fasting Therapy written by Kazuo Hirota of Japan. There are many knowledge and cases worth studying, thinking and practicing in the book.

Hiroshi Kazuda himself is a student of Osaka University Medical College. In college, he suffered from chronic hepatitis, cholecystitis, duodenitis, large intestine ulcer and other diseases. He treated with modern medical methods, but it was always good and bad, and he was disappointed. Later, I was exposed to fasting therapy, and my condition improved and recovered. Therefore, Yoshida Bo is determined to carry forward and spread fasting therapy. He used fasting therapy to treat patients in Jiatian Fasting Hospital all his life. He has also written more than 20 books about promoting fasting, such as The Science of Fasting Therapy, Family Practical Fasting Health Law, Fasting and Eating Less Health Law, and Eating Less Health Practice.

He mentioned in the book that he was able to promote fasting because he learned the fasting therapy in the Western Health Law of Japanese health care practitioner Rizhengsan, who is known as the "father of Japanese fasting". From the germination of 19 16 Japanese fasting therapy to the development of fasting in Japan later, Xishengzao played the role of the founder.
