Introduction of Wuhan citizen handbook
Wuhan Citizen's Handbook is a city card of Wuhan, which is mainly distributed to citizens in free form and compiled by college students. Its main contents involve Wuhan's history and culture, urban positioning, future development, energy conservation and environmental protection, disaster emergency, health and wellness, and Wuhan citizens' daily scientific life consumption guidance. The first edition was compiled by nearly 300 college students from 28 universities in Wuhan for 4 years, and was published in March 20 12. It was supported by two instructions from the secretary of Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and the mayor. Compared with other city citizen handbooks, it is known as "the first grassroots citizen handbook in China".
