The meaning of poetic cloud
Clouds can come down from a height to nourish dead seedlings, but they can't come down from a height to play with their posture. "goodness is like water, and water is the goodness of all things, and there is no dispute." Clouds are only practical when they come down from a height and become water. Otherwise, posturing and striving for emptiness will be empty after all, and people will make mistakes. This shows the importance of good roots (indisputable virtues).

The rain to save drought always comes from clouds. Some clouds underestimate themselves when they can't see their own value, and "pour water to hide mountains" leads to mistakes. It can be seen that wisdom (self-knowledge) is also important.

Regardless of the mistakes made by others, there is no heart (compassion) to help the suffering in the end. "Infinite drought seedlings wither", if the cloud moves, it will naturally not be "a must at leisure".

Teacher Nan said in his book that Confucianism is "diligent and profitable", Taoism is "modest and healthy" and Buddhism is "holy and pure without life". If the clouds don't come down to make water, everything will be empty. If you can't keep in good health with an open mind, it will be heavy to reflect the water and hide the mountains. If you can't be clean and lifeless, you will be surprised when you are free, and you can't be diligent and profitable.

Modesty and health (good root), in the end, will certainly be diligent and profitable, and will not let the "infinite drought seedlings dry up."

I really want to learn from Tao Yuanming and add a subtitle to this poem: Cloud, save the suffering.

Everything is still empty. What are you doing?

Pour water to hide the mountain. -Infinite embellishment.

Infinite seedlings are dying.

Leisure is a wonderful peak. Out of reach.
