Then, carry out the second group of 200 leg lifts. After repeating the first group of movements, carry out five groups of 1000 leg lifts. My muscles didn't react much after I finished today. The afternoon is exactly the same as the morning. After exercise, the thigh muscles are sore, especially the calves are sore and weak!

I practiced twice a day in the sixth grade, and I still use the amount of exercise in the fifth grade, but my legs are really sore today, so we still insist on completing the scheduled number of exercises!

At 7 o'clock on the seventh day, I trained a lot. Our leg lifts of 200 at a time also became 300 and 400 in the third and fourth groups. We all feel that the leg muscles are no longer so sore and we want to increase our strength. Today's exercise is relatively easy. This is the effect of insisting on exercise!

On the morning of the eighth day, we were very relaxed, so every time we lifted our legs, we became 400. We did four groups, and each group was still hanging, stretching and core strength training. Today's exercise is much more relaxed and enjoyable, and it has already received the effect of exercise. We will continue to stick to it until the first semester starts.

The Spring Festival in 2020 is the first Spring Festival in my life, which is completely opposite to the previous Spring Festival for visiting relatives, gathering, drinking, chatting and entertainment. I can only stay at home this time.

When we achieved more than 700, we felt that our legs were all out of control! It seems to be working. During the break, we did some contact, such as stretching, leg press, horizontal bar hanging, lifting dumbbells and swinging arms. On the morning of the 29th, the number of people in our continuous group changed from 200 to 5. We feel the same as yesterday, and it seems to be very effective!

But our legs do feel a little sore. Exercise in the afternoon is the same as in the morning. Let's see how your body reacts!
