Lushi Catering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998, when it was a roadside shop located in Xinjiazhuang, Shinan District, with only 150 square meters. After 10 years of unremitting efforts, the company has developed into four small and medium-sized restaurants focusing on seafood and home cooking. In 2005, Lu's private noodle restaurant was formally established. There are four branches. Xinjiazhuang Store is located at No.24 Chenghai No.1 Road (next to Fu Shan Hotel), Yanerdao Road Store is located at No.6 Yanerdao Road (opposite to Eye Hospital), Zhanshan Store is located at No.21Donghai No.1 Road, and Beijing Store is located at No.97 Balizhuang Xili, Chaoyang District, Beijing (Zhubang 00 Commercial Center). In 2006, it registered its trademark and imported CI, becoming the only one in the island city and even the whole country who has a pimple series. Lu's private pastry soup pot, adhering to the business philosophy of chain direct operation, landed in Beijing in May 2008.
