Be prepared for danger in times of peace, that is, "three is the key, being empty" as mentioned in the song formula, which is the first meaning of "living in a quiet room" and the external condition of a practice place; In the rhyme, the saying that "there is nothing in mind, nothing in mind, no evidence in mind, no vertical and horizontal mind, god embracing each other silently, and consciousness to be preserved" means that one's own god and breath are in the sea of Dantian (called Fulian), and he is the master of the whole body, so he regards himself as a quiet room, which is the second meaning of "living in a quiet room"; What is thinking? Thinking is the method from beginning to end in the process of inner cultivation, returning to introspection, closing the heart, tying the horse and seeing the nature. This is the essence of the sentence "accept the heart and renaturate"! This is the method content of explaining the word "thinking"; Then what is "forgetting"? Sitting and forgetting is the cultivation of internal skills, returning to introspection, entering the artistic realm of internal skills, forgetting one's own skeleton and self-awareness, and living only in the realm with one heart, which is called "sitting and forgetting"; What is divine solution? Internal cultivation has achieved the goal of understanding the mind and seeing the nature. When all kinds of magical powers appear and various methods can communicate with God, the divine solution is called "divine solution". As teacher Huineng said after affirming the result:
When the self is pure, when the self is immortal, when the self is self-sufficient, when the self is unshakable, when the self is born.
This is the most concrete description of the sexual body, that is, the "Tao body" and its function.
