Materials: Abrus cantoniensis 100g, Poria cocos 30g, Atractylodes macrocephala 15g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 15g, 6 figs, and Laobai Duck 1 each (about 1250g).

Practice: First, slaughter the white duck, remove feathers and internal organs, wash it, cut it into large pieces, blanch it in boiling water, and remove the washed blood foam. Then, put it in a casserole with other washed ingredients, add 3000 ml of water and a little white wine, boil it with strong fire, cook it with slow fire for 2 hours, and season it with refined salt.
