On April 26th, 50 teachers and students from Lanzhou No.64 Middle School/KLOC-0 walked into Qingcheng to carry out the practice activities of studying and traveling education with the theme of "Re-taking the Long March Road and Knowing Guqingzhou".

Teachers and students first came to Qingcheng Comprehensive Practice Education Base in Zhouzuling Scenic Area, and carried out the cultural experience of traditional Chinese medicine and the practical activities of making sachets.

Under the guidance of Mr. Chang, the students learn to explore the historical origin of techniques, read the classic famous sentences in Huangdi Neijing, identify Qingyang characteristic Chinese herbal medicines, study their growth and main effects, and experience health-keeping practices such as acupuncture, cupping and moxibustion.

The classroom atmosphere is warm and the students are enthusiastic. By personally experiencing the profoundness of Chinese quintessence, they have deepened their understanding of Chinese medicine culture and enhanced their cultural self-confidence and national self-confidence.

In Qingcheng, teachers and students pursue the Book of Songs, explore the ancient divination country, trace the farming culture, and deeply understand the hard work and wisdom taught by the ancients.

What impressed the students the most was Qiu Si, a proud fisherman, written by Fan Zhongyan, a politician and writer in the Northern Song Dynasty, in Qingcheng. Reciting this word in Qingcheng seemed to bring them back? In Song Dynasty, when "Wen Zhi" reached its peak, they had a new understanding of the word.

Teachers and students also visited Longdong Middle School, a famous school in Qingyang. They were warmly welcomed by Longdong Middle School. They visited the history museum of Longdong Middle School, the exhibition of students' calligraphy and painting, observed the artistic activities of student associations and the ongoing student sports meeting, and held a unique tug-of-war competition.

The organizer of this study tour, the head of Gansu Guanbo Culture International Travel Service, believes that Qingcheng has a long history, splendid culture and excellent research resources. In recent years, they have organized many investigation and practice activities in Qingcheng and achieved good results.

In the future, more students will be organized to carry out in-depth research and practical education activities in Qingcheng, so that more students can understand China's long history and excellent traditional culture, enhance national pride and strengthen cultural self-confidence.
