What are the six essentials of TCM health preservation?
The so-called big doctor is simple, and the road is simple. The essence of TCM health preservation is six words: smoothness, calmness, repair, adjustment, supplement and solidity. Remembering these six points is actually enough.

First, "Shun": Health care follows the season.

The ancients believed that the change of human body was consistent with the cycle of the four seasons, so diet, daily life, food, clothing, housing and transportation must adapt to the seasons. Huangdi Neijing said: "The right time, the right place and the right people." The "time" here refers to the four seasons of Yin and Yang, specifically, nourishing Yang in spring and summer and nourishing Yin in autumn and winter. Nourish the lungs and yin, go to bed early and get up early, and be calm, otherwise you will hurt your lungs.

Second, "quiet": let the heart calm down.

Modern people like a busy life, and their daily schedules are full, for fear of loneliness. In fact, this impetuous life is extremely harmful to health. Huangdi Neijing said: "Nothing is indifferent, the true qi follows, the spirit is hidden inside, and the disease is always safe." When people are quiet, they can reduce a lot of unnecessary consumption, especially the consumption of "qi", and realize "energy saving" in the body, thus preventing diseases and prolonging life.

Third, "repair": cultivate self-cultivation, make less trouble and do good deeds.

I ching said: "if there is a kind family, there must be Qing Yu;" If you are poor and weak, you will have troubles. " In fact, people who usually accumulate virtue and do good deeds and are open-minded can often live in harmony with the world, reduce a lot of troubles and feel happy. It can be seen that you will gain health, happiness and longevity by cultivating your self-cultivation, being lenient with others, being indifferent to fame and wealth and being kind to others.

Fourth, "tune": take more deep and long breaths.

People will inevitably encounter many unfavorable factors, such as unbalanced nutrition, overwork, disease and evil attacks. At this time, the word "tune" will be used. Huangdi Neijing says that secular desires should be nursed back to health according to the changes of the four seasons. It also emphasizes adjusting breathing, that is, "pranayama" and practicing breathing and breathing.

Five, "tonic": it is the healthiest to have tonic and diarrhea.

The ancients advocated the use of tonic drugs to regulate yin and yang, viscera and qi and blood. There are three principles: one is syndrome differentiation, the other is food supplement first, and the third is the combination of reinforcing and reducing.

Six, "solid": solid essence, solid gas, solid spirit.

Fixing sperm is to protect kidney qi, and the most important thing is abstinence. Solid gas, first, reduce gas consumption and talk less; Second, we should bask in the sun more and make up the yang; Third, do more aerobic exercise and increase oxygen; Fourth, sleep can nourish the five internal organs, and never stay up late; Fifth, bring Shui Gu's qi through diet, drink more blood and nourish nutrition porridge, and insist on drinking, so as to achieve the goal of invigorating both qi and blood.

To strengthen the mind, it is necessary to nurse the seven emotions, not "too happy, too angry, too thoughtful, too sad, too scared". If the emotions are well controlled, the body will suffer less damage.

Unfortunately, in this utilitarian world, most people can't do it. No wonder we often see some people have various problems at a young age.
