What are the methods of treating vestibular gland cyst in traditional Chinese medicine?
The clinical feature of the disease is local mass with swelling. Its occurrence is mostly related to abnormal liver function, or due to emotional failure, stagnation of liver qi, or invasion of cold evil, stagnation of liver pulse, which can cause poor blood circulation and local stagnation. Clinically, this disease should be differentiated from vulvar furuncle.

1. Qi stagnation

The main symptoms: pudendal mass, soft when pressed, movable when pushed, feeling of heaving, or swelling on both sides. The tongue is normal or dark purple, with thin coating and thready pulse.

Analysis: The liver pulse bypasses the vulva, which leads to emotional disorder, stagnation of liver qi, local stagnation of qi and blood, visible pudendal mass and ups and downs. The liver is depressed and qi stagnation, so the two sides are full, and the tongue pulse is the image of liver depression and qi stagnation.

2. Cold solidification

The main symptoms: pudendal mass, soft pressing, pushing and swelling, or long urination and loose stool. Pale tongue, thin and white fur, and slow pulse.

Analysis: Cold pathogen invades the liver vein, and the blood locally congeals and stagnates due to cold. It can be seen that vulvar mass, residual syndrome and tongue pulse are all cold congeals.

The treatment of this disease is mainly surgery, and there are contraindications for surgery. Those who cannot be operated can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine.
