Is it "life lies in movement" or "stillness makes people live longer"?
Life lies in exercise, which should be an advertisement for a drink. We can temporarily put aside whether life lies in exercise or silence. We can start with the four elements of health proposed by the World Health Organization: a balanced diet, moderate exercise, adequate sleep, a good attitude (mood), and environmental factors, such as air quality, unclean water sources, natural or polluted food ... So what I want to say is that talking about life, whether it is active or quiet, is too one-sided. You can lose your health or even your life for your career, for your country, for your family or to save a stranger, then the quality of this person's life is dedication, quality and immortality. Of course, this is just a spiritual realm, which is a bit far-fetched. If we say that in order to make life meaningful and valuable, we should have a lifelong goal and sense of mission in addition to our own health protection, then this seems to be a dynamic performance! If you just want to live like a copier every day, it's equivalent to just one day in your life, which seems to be just a static performance!
