The Confucius Institute project was planned and designed by Mr. Wu, an academician of China Academy of Sciences and Academy of Engineering and a professor of Tsinghua University. The composition of the overall layout takes squares and circles as the basic motifs, fully expresses the cultural connotation of China by metaphor, integrates the Confucian concept of benevolence into the planning, and draws lessons from the format of Luo Shu, He Tu, Jiugong and Feng Shui theory to make the existing plots ingenious and reasonable.
