A good pot is rare, and only tea knows its meaning.
The old saying means that a good teapot should be accompanied by good tea, just like a hero with a fine horse, talented people and beautiful women complement each other.

The factors that good tea needs to satisfy:

First of all, there must be good raw materials. Tea farmers should pick fresh leaves or buds in time to get the best raw materials. This is why old tea drinkers like to drink "spring tea", which emphasizes "tea before tomorrow" or "tea before rain". The fresh leaves picked in front of Tomb-Sweeping Day or Grain Rain are the most tender, and the tea made from these raw materials has excellent taste and nutrition.

Secondly, there must be superb frying technology. Experienced tea bakers know how to control the temperature and time, and how to master the skills and strength of frying. Tea made by experts in tea frying can give full play to the advantages of raw materials, regardless of appearance, taste or aroma.

Third, we must pay attention to the correct brewing method. To really get a good cup of tea, you need good tea, good water, good tea set and good tea-making technology. With good tea, proper brewing method and proper control of water temperature, brewing time and tea consumption, the original aroma and taste of tea can be fully exerted and the shortcomings of tea can be skillfully avoided. In other words, the tea-making process includes three elements: the amount of tea, the temperature of tea-making water and the brewing time.

In addition, tea sets and tea leaves should be coordinated. The colors of tea sets suitable for all kinds of tea are roughly as follows:

1. Green tea: transparent glass, colorless, flowerless and uncovered. Or use white porcelain, celadon, blue and white porcelain uncovered cups.

2. Scented tea: bowls, cups, pots and cups such as celadon and blue-and-white porcelain.

3. Yellow tea: ivory or yellow glazed porcelain and yellow and orange pots and cups, bowls and cups.

4. Black tea: pot, cup, bowl or coffee pot with white glazed purple sand, white porcelain, red glazed porcelain and warm colored porcelain hung inside.

5. White tea: white porcelain or yellow clay stoneware pot cup with colored black porcelain on the inner wall.

6. Oolong tea: teapot cups, or white porcelain teapot cups, bowls and cups. You can also use taupe series stoneware pots and cups.
