Qin Huang, formerly known as Liang Richeng, is a Hong Kong TVB licorice actor.
Born on June 20th, 1948, grew up in Hong Kong.
1975 joined Jiashi (full name "Chiayi TV Station") as a basic actor, and played an old urchin in 1976 Jiashi version of The Legend of the Condor Heroes and The Condor Heroes.
1978 was appreciated by the great director Li Hanxiang, and he joined Shaw Film Company as a basic actor. He first played the leading role in the scandal warlord directed by Li Hanxiang, and participated in several Shaw films in 1979- 1985.
1979, Qin Huang joined the wireless TV station and signed an actor. The most familiar ones are Zhou (1983) in The Legend of the Condor Heroes and The Legend of the Condor Heroes (1983). Other works include King of Thousands of Kings, Rogue Emperor and Mr. Foshan Zan.
