The second interview includes two parts: statement and defense. Candidates randomly select questions to take part in the second interview, the preparation time is 30 minutes, and the presentation and defense time is 15 minutes. (4) Physical examination
After the interview, the short-listed candidates for physical examination will be determined according to the proportion of the number of people in the recruitment plan from high to low, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Education Bureau will temporarily select a 3A hospital to organize physical examination. The physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and the Measures for the Administration of Health Care in Nurseries and Kindergartens in Zhejiang Province. Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination. (5) Admission
Candidates who pass the physical examination shall be determined according to the proportion of the number of people in the recruitment plan 1: 1, and after being publicized in lishui university for 7 working days without objection, lishui university will issue a notice of changing majors, sign an employment service agreement and report it to the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education for the record.
Fourth, training and employment.
Lishui university will set up relevant courses reasonably and scientifically according to the needs of preschool teachers' post ability and professional characteristics, as well as the needs of application-oriented and research-oriented preschool teachers, organize relevant experts to formulate and examine training programs, and select teachers with profound theoretical foundation and rich practical experience to undertake teaching tasks. The Municipal Education Bureau will strengthen the follow-up supervision of the training quality of students in the pilot class and establish the corresponding elimination mechanism.
The admitted students sign an orientation training agreement with the Education Bureau of the county (city, district) where the training institution and orientation unit are located, and receive training. During the period of school, students should be managed according to the Regulations on Student Management and strictly abide by the rules and regulations of colleges and universities.
After training qualified graduates, the relevant county (city, district) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Education Bureau will organize physical examination and inspection.
