Ingredients: shark's fin in water 250g, raw chicken100g, sea cucumber100g, shrimp 50g, clear soup 500g, cooked ham 25g, onion10g, coriander stem 25g, refined salt 2g, monosodium glutamate 2g and soy sauce/kloc-0.
Cooking method
1. Wash shark fin with boiling water to remove odor. Sliced chicken, sea cucumber and shrimp. Slice the ham and onion. Cut the parsley into pieces.
2. Put a clean pot on the fire, add water to boil, put chicken slices and shrimps in the boiling pot, take out purified water, put sea cucumber and ham in the boiling pot, take out purified water, put it in a big soup bowl, and then cover it with shark fins.
