Five teacher training experiences
Through training, we can do a good job in teaching, and as teachers, we must keep learning and making progress. The following are "five teacher training experiences" compiled by me for your reference only. Welcome to read them.

The first part: The teacher training experience of just a few days' training and study has made my mood restless for a long time, which can be said to be an unforgettable learning exchange in my teaching career in recent years. The speeches of these diligent and dedicated teachers in the school don't have many flowery words, but they reveal the simple and sincere, modest and eager to learn, diligent and dedicated working attitude of Daguanghua people, which has benefited me a lot in this study and never tires of listening.

I thought, "As a teacher, she is not only a scholar, but also a researcher." In the process of teaching and educating people, we teachers must "enter" life itself as insiders and "be in it" to show the true face of teaching according to the "inner truth" of the teaching scene at that time.

"It takes ten years to plant trees, but it takes a hundred years to cultivate people", and stepping on the three-foot platform means stepping on a hard and long journey of educating people. How can I be a good teacher? Through training, I believe that loving and respecting students is the most basic moral quality of teachers. After training and study, I have strengthened the concept of "teaching and educating people", and I will gradually work hard from the following aspects:

"If you make candles for a day, you will shine for a day; If you want to be a spring silkworm, you must spit an inch of silk. " . This is my view on education and ideology. I won't have the idea of "being a monk and ringing the bell every day", but I have a sense of mission as a teacher, because I deeply understand that teachers' work is sacred and arduous, and teaching and educating people requires sentiment, time, energy and even all efforts. This effort needs to be based on a strong sense of mission, but at the expense of a strong sense of responsibility. A person who loves education is willing to work hard, pay and complain, which is the first condition of teachers' morality.

Encourage yourself to "learn endlessly". I want to learn from others' new experiences in the new school year, so that I can have a bucket of "living water". If we don't strengthen the consciousness of "self-study" and practice hard in mechanics, it will be difficult to "ask questions before answering" and "specialize in technology"

Love your students. Teachers must care about students, respect their individuality and promote their all-round and healthy development. This kind of love, first of all, should be warm and a career full of emotion and love. As a teacher, we should have more emotional communication with students and become close friends with them. This kind of love also requires teachers to devote considerable enthusiasm to students, pay attention to them in all aspects, care for, love and help them in thought, mind, body and study, and turn the relationship between teachers and students into "we". Love enables teachers and students to achieve spiritual communication in interdependence and share the joy of success and the troubles of frustration.

Through training, I know how to love students. "Love" is an art, knowing how to love is one thing, and kindness is the other. As a teacher, I will strive to love and be kind in the future, care for every tiny "bright spot" in the process of students' growth, love their great plasticity, love their subjective initiative in the education process, and love a series of achievements bred in their growth process.

"Love" should move its heart with love and strictly guide its actions; Love should be based on understanding, respect and trust; "Love" should be treated equally and persevered; Love should be open to all students. On the stage of education, there are many ordinary and extraordinary teaching stories every day. These events, which occur, appear, encounter and deal with in education and teaching activities, are not fleeting, insignificant and indifferent, and will affect the education and teaching of students and teachers for a long time. We can learn a lot, get a lot of inspiration, and even have a spiritual shock from these personal experiences told by teachers in training.

Approaching and feeling famous teachers has made me understand that we teachers should love students and be diligent in teaching and educating people. Love is the foundation of education; Without love, there is no real education. In the future teaching, I will focus on my own shortcomings, follow the example of famous teachers, study their teaching art and teaching philosophy, use them for my own use, learn from each other's strengths, and strive to make my teaching more perfect.

Part II: Experience of Teacher Training This time, I had the honor to participate in the training of key music teachers in primary schools in xx city. Although it's only a few days, I feel full and happy. In this training, I learned a lot of knowledge that can't be learned in textbooks, and I also met many excellent teachers, which benefited me a lot.

First of all, this training has given me a new understanding and improvement in concepts, theoretical knowledge level, teaching methods and skills, and made qualitative progress in some aspects. During the training, teachers and I learned how to attend and evaluate classes, the problems that should be paid attention to in attending and evaluating classes and the corresponding teaching cases, so that teachers can understand learning more vividly and intuitively.

Secondly, through this training, I was prompted to deeply reflect on my music teaching. A teacher can become a teaching expert, not overnight, but through long-term tempering and reflection. In the past, there was not enough understanding and reflection on deep thinking in teaching. Through training, I saw the teachers' rigorous teaching attitude, teaching professionalism, peers' earnest study and tireless learning motivation, and also saw their own shortcomings. In the future teaching and learning, I will reflect on my teaching in each class and be a reflective teacher. I want to use new teaching ideas to teach, learn more, dare to innovate and make my due contribution to art education.

Third, teachers should have an open concept and an open design, which is based on students' learning, not limited to one-way design and teachers' teaching. First of all, we should consider students' learning situation and how students can effectively use the teaching content provided by teachers;

Fourth, the second is to participate in teaching activities in an open and dynamic way through exchanges and cooperation between teachers and students. Therefore, students' existing learning experience is the basis of teachers' teaching design, and the effectiveness of classroom activities not only affects students' interest in learning, but also becomes the driving force for deepening learning and teaching activities. Fifth, through this training, I have a deeper understanding of music. In the future music singing teaching, I will combine the reality, make use of the valuable knowledge I have learned these days, and try my best to teach according to the teacher's teaching methods. At the same time, we should constantly innovate to make music teaching in our school reach a new level.

Chapter 3: Teachers' training experience is tired and happy. I sincerely thank the leaders for setting up such a rare learning exchange platform for us, and I am also very grateful to the school leaders for giving me this learning opportunity. I cherish this training and learning opportunity. Always compare yourself with the standards of key teachers and ask yourself. The training time in a few days is limited, but the gains from this training activity are infinite. Let me appreciate the elegance of expert lectures from a distance and realize the true meaning of teaching. I'm glad you came, which benefited us a lot. Let's talk about some of my experiences on this training:

It is very rare to participate in the training of backbone teachers, so I cherish the study time in just a few days. During several days of training, I always obey the discipline, wait in the classroom early, listen carefully to the teacher's explanation and take notes. These days' study not only baptized me conceptually, but also improved me in theory, accumulated knowledge and increased my teaching skills. These are productive days, and they also promote my continuous growth in teaching. This training is like opening a window for me, which makes me suddenly enlightened in repeated feelings. Although the training is very tense and the weather is very hot, I feel very full and happy every day! This training is rich in content and diverse in forms, with special reports from education experts at all levels. The wonderful lectures by experts have aroused my inner induction again and again, and even caused my reflection.

This training is rich in content, targeted and effective, with both modern education and teaching theories and traditional culture education; Easy to understand and operate. President Xing Yibao's lively and interesting lecture made me understand that interest is a gas station for learning, and we should pay attention to cultivating students' Chinese literacy so that students can be promoted in practical experience. Students are the masters of Chinese learning, and teachers are the guides and organizers, so that students and teachers can have a relaxed dialogue with the text in class. We know that our mission is to adhere to the people-oriented principle and cultivate and shape people with Scientific Outlook on Development. At the same time, let us clearly realize that we should have a positive attitude, correctly treat the pressure in work and life, change the old teaching concept in time and create a new situation in education.

The content of classroom teaching is outstanding and exquisite, which enhances the effectiveness of training. The meticulous explanations by experts, professors and special-grade teachers have broadened our horizons and enlivened our thinking. Teacher xx's lecture "Observation and Reflection on the Effectiveness of Primary School Classroom" made us understand that "life is Chinese, and Chinese is life. Pointed out the direction of our future efforts; Teacher xx's "Cruxes and Strategies of Exercise Teaching in Minority Languages" made us clearly understand the crux and strategies of exercise teaching, which benefited us a lot. They arranged the novel and practical teaching content that we urgently needed into the course, which not only enhanced the effect and attraction of classroom teaching, but also made us interested and gained something.

Through study and training, I have a deeper understanding of the background and educational significance of the curriculum reform of basic education. The information society poses another challenge to education. Curriculum reform provides a platform for teachers' professional growth, especially an effective way to cultivate students' comprehensive quality. At the same time, I made clear the goal and content of this training, and tried to change myself from a professional and experienced teacher to a research-oriented teacher.

I believe that in my future work, I will follow the footsteps of experts, practice, experience, innovate and improve myself in order to better serve students.

Chapter IV: Teacher Training Experience Through training, I deeply realized that as a teacher, I should keep learning and actively update my knowledge. Teachers should keep pace with the times, adapt to the development of the times, do a good job in their role orientation, make full use of the network environment, stimulate students' curiosity, improve their practical ability, cultivate their innovative spirit and promote the deepening of teaching reform. Through training, I can look at our education from a broader perspective and learn more ways and shortcuts to improve my own quality and education and teaching level. "Love" is the eternal theme of education. We know how to love our students better and how to make our students grow up healthily in a better environment. As a backbone teacher, we should concentrate on practice, persevere and have a solid style; Treat learning with a conscious spirit and don't be eager for quick success and instant benefit. We should be pragmatic.

Think about problems, strive to be eclectic and learn from others; We should boldly innovate with a unique vision, and be eclectic and ingenious; We should constantly improve our diverse and reasonable knowledge structure, maintain a positive and healthy psychological quality, and gradually form a comprehensive quality of skillfully borrowing external forces, so that our work, life and study are always in a state of research, and life is in the process of continuous exploration and pursuit.

Through training, I deeply realized that we must actively strengthen curriculum reform and be practitioners of curriculum reform. Although the curriculum reform is still in the exploratory stage, many unknown fields need to be explored and summarized by teachers. After this training, I realized that every teacher should actively participate in the curriculum reform, not be a bystander, but should push the curriculum reform in the right direction and become an active implementer of the curriculum reform. As a teacher, we should grasp the dynamics of the new curriculum reform, understand the connotation of new ideas and grasp the law of students' cognitive development. In the future, I will continue to learn theoretical knowledge, guide teaching practice with theory, study and explore the laws of education and teaching, combine scientific research with teaching, and become an expert and scholar-oriented teacher, so as to make myself forward-looking in teaching knowledge. Only in this way can we cultivate students who are "discovery-oriented, invention-oriented, creative and innovative" in the new period. For our education, for our students and for ourselves, I will always pay attention to my teacher's moral cultivation and personality shaping, and strengthen the study and improvement of theoretical literacy and professional skills. I have a strong awareness and ability of educational research, purposefully sum up educational experience, reflect on teaching practice, proceed from reality, earnestly shoulder the responsibilities and obligations of teachers, and play an exemplary role in my work.

In the future, I will internalize the new knowledge I have learned here as soon as possible and apply it to the process of education and teaching. Combined with the actual situation of our school, we will make suggestions for the construction and development of the school in time, study hard the learning attitude, knowledge-seeking spirit and cooperation ability of our colleagues, and strengthen our usual study and charging. Chapter five: Teacher training experience: The growth of teachers can not be separated from learning, and the growth of class teachers can not be separated from learning. I was lucky enough to attend the summer class teacher training. Although it is only three short days, my heart is full of heavy gains. In this training, there are excellent class teachers around us to share their experiences, and there are also wonderful lectures by two provincial education experts. We were even more fortunate to listen to the wonderful lecture of teacher xx's philosophy-"A good class group must not be" managed ". They expounded how to be an excellent class teacher from different angles, such as work philosophy, methods and strategies, from students' mental health education to laws and regulations and campus safety, from class management to off-campus mutual aid groups and home-school cooperation.

What impressed me deeply in this study is that the seemingly simple and unremarkable things in the class can also reflect profound educational concepts. As a class teacher, we should take everything seriously and reflect and summarize in time in order to make continuous progress. We should pay attention to the growth of every child and not let any child fall in the corner.

As a class teacher, you should love your students. Love is the foundation of education, and there is no education without love. Loving students means respecting, loving and trusting students. Only by respecting, caring and trusting students can we establish an equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, make education fruitful and cultivate students with sound personality. As teacher xx, an education expert, described: Education is a cause born of beauty. The most beautiful education is that teachers and students grow freely in the vast fertile fields, admire each other and fulfill each other. Such a picture is full of movement, romance and warmth, which is the great beauty of educational vision.

As a class teacher, we should pay attention to the cooperation between home and school. School education is inseparable from the cooperation and support of parents. Good school education is based on good family education. Teachers should not only establish good relationships with students, but also establish harmonious and healthy interpersonal relationships with parents. Teachers should closely cooperate with students' parents, communicate frequently, promote parents to participate in education more actively, and jointly create a relaxed and harmonious learning atmosphere for students. Let students grow up physically and mentally. As a class teacher, I would like to be a ferryman for parents: with professional knowledge, correct methods and personal efforts, I will tell parents how to better accompany their children to grow up and guide more family education to develop in the right direction.
