Porcelain is not the origin of the name of Sanbao Ciqikou.
Ciqikou ancient town (formerly known as Long Yin Town) is located on the Jialing River 14 km west of Chongqing. Ciqikou ancient town has been famous in Bashu since Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the past, it was a lively land and water wharf and a distribution center for materials in the lower reaches of Jialing River. The rich and quaint ancient style that has remained unchanged for thousands of years makes it the epitome and symbol of Jiangzhou ancient city in Chongqing.

Ciqikou is named for producing porcelain. 19 18, local businessmen raised funds to establish "Shu Porcelain Factory" in Qingcaopo. Porcelain has good quality, many varieties and growing fame, and its products are exported to both inside and outside the province. Gradually, the name "Ciqikou" replaced "Long Yin Town". More than 20 ancient kiln sites have been discovered.

There are 12 streets in ciqikou ancient town. Most streets are Ming and Qing style buildings. The ground is paved with stone slabs, and there are many shops along the street. Business is concentrated in the Grand Pier and Jin Rong Main Street near the pier. The agricultural and sideline products of the upper and middle reaches of Jialing River and the tributaries of counties along the river are transferred and distributed here, and some big businessmen in Chongqing set up shops at the dock to buy them. The output is mainly cotton yarn, cloth, kerosene, salt sugar, foreign goods, daily necessities, hardware pigments, home-made paper and specialty tobacco. According to statistics, there were more than 670 firms 1670, more than 760 warehouses and various workshops, and more than 760 vendors in Chongqing. More than 300 cargo ships (average load 10 ton) enter and leave the dock every day. During the dry season (August of the lunar calendar to April of the following year), temporary streets are set up on the pier dam, including Shanghe Street, Zhonghe Street and Xiahe Street, as well as professional Zhu Mu Street, Tiehuo Street, Ceramic Street, Pig Market and Rice Market. Tens of thousands of businessmen gathered at the dock, which was crowded. In addition to the Grand Wharf, there are four silk mills with a long history, one wool mill, 24 arsenals (now special steel mills) and 25 arsenals (now Jialing factories), all of which have their own freight docks. From morning till night, there is an endless stream of business travel and loading and unloading on the dock. Hong merchants sit in business, purchase goods according to the quantity, and the goods flow smoothly. Bean sprout bay on the right side of the dock is the site of rice gang, timber gang, grain gang and coal gang. Adjacent to Wharf River Street are Tiehuo Street, Pig Market, Chicken and Duck Egg Market and Yanshikou. Trade associations in various industries have offices, including 26 food and pastry industries, 20 cotton yarn and cloth industries, and teahouse and pub 1 16. The prosperity of Ciqikou Wharf in those days is still deeply in the memory of "old Chongqing". At that time, there was a folk song: "Thousands of people hold hands during the day and thousands of lights at night." "Thousands of people surrender": it means that thousands of boatmen and boatmen paddle their boats to the dock every day. "10,000 bright lamps": It refers to the merchants gathered on the dock, who light oil pans, calcium carbide lamps and steam lamps into stars after night. 1997, a set of "Last Memories" local magnetic cards was newly issued in Chongqing, which was called "Little Chongqing" with Jie Fangbei, Tongyuanmen and Linjiangmen.

Ciqikou ancient town, according to the old people's narratives, there used to be "three more" in the ancient town: many temples, many celebrities' footprints and many teahouses. In Ciqikou, almost everyone knows the saying of "Nine Palaces and Eighteen Halls", including Baolun Temple, Genting Temple, Fuyuan Temple and Wenchang Palace. Walking in the alley, as long as you find broken walls and ask the residents, you will get the answer: "This used to be a temple." There used to be incense parties, temple fairs and flower parties, as well as dragon lanterns in the first month, clear kites, dragon boats in the Dragon Boat Festival, river lanterns in July, moon viewing in the Mid-Autumn Festival and climbing Chongyang Mountain all year round. There is a saying among the common people: "On the fifteenth day of the first month, the temple gate opens. Please come in and burn incense and worship Buddha. " Only the Baolun Temple, which was built in the early Tang Dynasty, has been preserved so far and is relatively complete. The words "Made in Weichi Gong" are engraved on the main beam of Ursa Major Hall. The scope of the temple is large, from Daxiong Hall to Maanshan, and then to Tongjiaqiao, all within the scope of Baolun Temple. Temples and temples built everywhere are magnificent. There are more than 300 monks with strong incense. This temple was destroyed in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. When Zhang entered Sichuan, he almost burned down the temple, leaving only the Hall of the Great Hero. After that, Sichuan Daxiong Hall, Guanyin Pavilion, Tianwang Hall and Zen Room were built. The pillars of the Ursa Major Hall are mulberry trees folded by two people, while the pillars of other halls are only one foot in diameter. However, the internal and external structures of the Hall are all wood structures, without a nail. Two piles in the temple are engraved with panlong columns, which are lifelike. The strangest thing is that there are two pillars, one protruding a few feet from the ground and the other recessed a few inches, but the two pillars are balanced and lasted for thousands of years, and the whole hall is not skewed at all. It's really a skillful craftsman. The well in front of the Buddha statue in Daxiong Hall leads to the "Nine Stone Tanks" on the Jialing River. Someone once threw a duck into a well and found it in the "Nine Stone Tanks" afterwards. This well is usually covered with stone drums. What makes this thousand-year-old town more colorful is that many famous people have been to ciqikou ancient town, and many of them have become fond memories of the old people. According to legend, in the early Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang's emperor Sun was usurped by his fourth uncle and sent to Chongqing to become a monk and live in seclusion in Baolun Temple. There are four characters "Long Yin Temple" on the wall of Tianwang Temple. Therefore, the original "Baiyan Town" was renamed as "Long Yin Town". Long Yin Town Square Garden covers an area of more than 30 Li, from the wellhead to Liziba. At the beginning of the 20th century, Liu Xiang, governor of Sichuan, went to Ciqikou to set up a steel-making plant and a machine-repair plant, which became the earliest steel-making base in Sichuan. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Wu Mi, a master of Chinese studies, once taught at Ciqikou, the provincial institute of education. In addition to preaching and writing books, he occasionally goes to the teahouse in the center of the town to have a "dragon gate array" with tea customers while drinking tea to understand the people's feelings and society. Ding Zhaozhong, a famous Nobel Prize winner in physics and a Chinese American, studied at Baoshan Palace Jialing Primary School in Ciqikou Street during the Anti-Japanese War. Phoenix Mountain in Ciqikou, as the residence of the Fine Arts Committee of the Ministry of Education of the National Government, has gathered many well-known artists and aestheticians in China, such as Xu Beihong, Fu Baoshi, Wang Linyi, Zhang Shuzu, Feng Zikai and Zong Baihua. Hua is a household name in the novel Red Rock, and his revolutionary activities remain in Ciqikou. According to the old people, Hua often goes to the town to buy vegetables, carry salt, pick soy sauce, and leave after buying. People of the older generation have seen that the place where he met the underground party was in a house in Ciqikou, but he couldn't tell which one it was, which added to the mystery of the ancient town.

The most distinctive scene in ciqikou ancient town is the teahouse. In the past, teahouses were everywhere in this thousand-year-old town. At that time, sailors, uncle Paoge and others liked to come and go here, and the teahouse became a mixed place of dragons and snakes. During the capital period, there were more than 100 teahouses in this small town. Its characteristic is the "Bookstore Teahouse", also known as the Artist Teahouse, which is a place to taste tea and folk art. There are many kinds of plays in the Bookstore: Sichuan Opera Sitting Singing (beating gongs and drums), Sichuan Yin Qing, Sichuan Zhu Qin (dulcimer) and Lotus Leaf Cantata, which are more common in the storytelling teahouse. The teahouse is crowded with people in an endless stream. Newsboy selling newspapers: the cries of' selling newspapers, selling newspapers' are endless. Girl's sister-in-law: "Porcelain mouth sells melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, salted peanuts!" " "The sound is crisp and loud. Especially those who can tell stories on stage in teahouses at night are all top-grade experts, so people call them "Pinsendai" and they are all listed as storytellers. Whoever can win more tea customers will get a "red envelope". Which storyteller speaks well, the teahouse business will be more prosperous, the boss will naturally be happy, and the storyteller will get a thicker red envelope. Until now, the teahouse is still a scene of Ciqikou. There are 13 teahouses in Baimi Old Street, and each teahouse is full, and the ancient style still exists. The famous snacks Maoxuewang, soft stewed thousand slices and salted peanuts are known as the "three treasures" of Ciqikou.

Personnel have ups and downs, and mountains and rivers have vicissitudes.

Ciqikou, after a long victory, has been neglected since 1958 wharf moved to Hanyu Road. Ciqikou's function as a distribution center and transit station for land and water terminals has gradually disappeared. It is said that in order to preserve this rich historical and cultural relic, it is planned to cultivate and restore the architectural style of Ming and Qing Dynasties for development, so it is not far away for the ancient town to regain its glory.
