What is Huang Lao School?
In the early years of the Western Han Dynasty, the "inaction" thought of the Huang-Lao School became the dominant thought of ruling politics. The Huang-Lao School, that is, the Taoist School, with Huangdi and Laozi as its founders, advocates the technique of governing the country by doing nothing. I believe that as long as political measures are simple and there are no more troubles, the people can be quiet and not rebel. During the Emperor Gaozu's reign, Hui Di followed this principle. During the reign of Emperor Wendi and his son Jingdi, they further vigorously promoted the policies of "sharing interest with the people" and "governing by doing nothing".
