Rongcheng County is a county under the jurisdiction of Baoding City, Hebei Province, and is managed by Xiong 'an New District and City of Hebei Province. The county is located in the middle of Hebei Province and the east of Baoding City, with a mid-latitude zone and a temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons.

Xiong'an new area includes Xiongxian, Rongcheng, Anxin and some surrounding areas. Therefore, Rongcheng County, as a part of xiong'an new area, jointly undertakes this important strategic mission.
