In March, as the temperature rises gradually during the day, everyone can vaguely feel the breath of spring. Spring is the time to bring forth the old and bring forth the new, and life begins to sprout. After being dormant for a winter, everything in nature began to flourish again.

Why should we raise the liver in spring?

There is a saying in the theory of five elements that "wood is straight", that is, "wood" has the characteristics of upward growth and outward extension. Therefore, anything with the characteristics of growth, rising, smoothness and comfort conforms to the attribute of "wood". In the four seasons, spring is like this, so is the five internal organs, and so is the liver. Huangdi Neijing: "In the spring of March, it is said that Chen Sheng, heaven and earth are born, everything is glorious, lying at night and getting up early, striding to court, being slowed down to make life, not killing, giving without taking, rewarding without punishment. This spring spirit should also be the way to keep fit. On the contrary, it hurts the liver, and it is cold in summer and has few elders. " Therefore, in the spring, the human body should conform to the characteristics of natural Yang Qi rising, so as to achieve the physiological state of liver-qi access and smooth qi and blood.

How to nourish the liver in spring?

Relax your whole body, your hands droop naturally and your eyes look straight ahead. Use abdominal breathing, raise your hands slowly (palms up), pass through the waist and shoulders, and after overhead, overlap your hands and palms inward. After gently pressing the head, slowly turn the head to the right, lift it up to the right slightly, then turn the upper body to the right slightly, inhale slowly during transportation, turn your head back when turning to the right, open your eyes angrily, exhale forcefully, and make a hissing sound at the same time. After "shush", turn your head slowly to the left, lift it up slightly, then turn your upper body slightly to the left, inhale slowly during the rotation, and when you turn to the left, put your head back, open your eyes angrily, exhale forcefully, and pronounce the word "shush" at the same time. Repeat this action three times left and right and take six deep breaths. After that, move your hands to your sides and put them down slowly.

When people are angry, Taichong point will show some signals, such as tenderness, temperature or color change, more sensitivity to the outside world, abnormal tension of local soft tissues and so on. Massage at Taichong point can relieve the patient's mood. Taichong point is the chest in the reflex area of the foot, and pressing can also relieve the discomfort of the chest. Taichong point is located on the dorsal side of the foot, at the joint of metatarsal bones of the first and second toes. Fingers move upward along the gap between the big toe and the second toe until you can feel the arterial reflex to your hand, that is, Taichong point; Or after the thumb and the second toe point horizontally in the instep direction, it is Taichong point. Press this point repeatedly with the thumb pulp for 5-8 minutes, and it is better to feel the pain of this point according to the pressure.

Nourish liver blood

Human blood is metabolized by Shui Gu and subtly absorbed by the spleen and stomach. After blood is produced, part of it runs in the whole body and is used by various organs, and the other part flows into the liver and is stored for emergencies. Therefore, Chinese medicine theory holds that "the liver stores blood". Modern people have a fast pace of life and great work pressure. Many people often stay up late or work in front of the computer for a long time, and the phenomenon of liver-blood deficiency is very common. Such as dizziness, dry eyes, easy cramping, less menstrual flow or pale face. How to nourish the liver and replenish blood needs to do the following:

Go to bed early to ensure adequate sleep time. Chinese medicine often says that "blood returns to the liver when people lie down". According to the meridian stream theory, from 23: 00 p.m. to 3: 00 a.m., the qi of the liver, gallbladder and meridians is at its peak, and it should also be the deepest time for a person to sleep. The blood of viscera belongs to the liver to complete the process of nourishing blood. If people are still busy with work, study, games and entertainment in the middle of the night, it will lead to liver blood deficiency and yin and blood deficiency. Modern medical research also shows that the blood flow into the liver during sleep is seven times that when standing, and the functions of secretion, metabolism, transformation and detoxification of the liver are also completed during sleep. Therefore, staying up late is the most harmful to the liver. Going to bed early and ensuring adequate sleep is the most nourishing liver (liver blood).

2 diet nursed back to health. Everything grows in spring, and the eyeful green and liver color correspond to the blue (green) color in the five elements theory. Most green foods, such as green leafy vegetables, melons and fruits, mung beans, etc. , rich in chlorophyll, carotene, vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, iron and so on. It is a good choice for nourishing liver (liver blood). Studies have shown that foods containing the above ingredients can keep the digestive tract unobstructed, balance acid and alkali, detoxify and detoxify, and promote the regeneration of liver cells.

Chinese medicine believes that the liver governs the tendons and veins, and people who are good at keeping in good health know how to strengthen the liver by exercising the tendons and veins of the body, which is called "softening tendons and eliminating symptoms". Appropriate increase in sports activities in spring, such as jogging, Tai Ji Chuan, Baduanjin, etc. It can not only relax muscles and promote blood circulation, but also nourish the liver, thus achieving the purpose of nourishing the liver and enriching the blood.

If you have such a problem, don't stick to the spring. Welcome to see a doctor at any time. In addition, it should be noted that abnormal liver function and elevated transaminase in modern medicine belong to two categories, and different methods and ideas are needed for TCM treatment.
