Strawberry 70g+ blueberry 10g+ oat 20g+ milk 300ml.
Avocado green oats
Half avocado+green extract 30g+ oat 10g+ milk 300ml.
Cocoa banana oat
Banana 100g+ oat 20g+ cocoa powder 5g+ milk 300ml.
Blueberry pitaya oat
Blueberry 20g+ pitaya 60g+ oat 20g+ milk 300ml.
Mango grapefruit oat
Mango 60g+ grapefruit 40g+ oat 20g+ milk 300ml.
Oranges, bananas and oats
Orange100g+half banana+20g oat+300ml milk.
Pour any of the above six ingredients into a high-speed blender and choose the fruit and vegetable mode for two minutes.
