Mr. Han, the chief lawyer, was born in February 1952. Graduate degree, senior lawyer, senior economist. Graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Fudan University, Department of Industrial Economics, Department of Economic Law, Department of Journalism and Department of World Economics of East China Normal University, and worked as an intern in Shanghai No.2 Law Firm 1983 to 1985. June 1985, 1 1 March 1994 practiced in Shanghai No.6 Law Firm, and in April 1994, Shanghai Wen Qiao Law Firm was established.

Lawyer Han is one of the earliest lawyers in China after the reform and opening up. He has a solid legal service foundation, is proficient in economy, management, accounting and finance, and has rich practical experience and unique handling style. Up to now, he has served as perennial legal adviser to more than 100 large and medium-sized companies, enterprises, trade associations and government departments, and has represented more than 1000 litigation, arbitration and non-litigation cases, and has served as legal adviser to shanghai federation of industrial economics, the largest economic association in Shanghai for a long time.

Mr. Han is quite accomplished in the combination of economic and legal affairs. He has written the first chapter of Research on Several Major Economic Issues in Development and Reform, Prevention and Comprehensive Treatment of Triangular Debt, Black Hole, and Order is the Core of Civilized Law Enforcement, as well as WTO 100 Issues, WTO 100 Cases, and WTO/. At the end of last century, they were welcomed by the society because they touched on major hot issues in China's economic development.
