Tremella and lotus seed soup

Ingredients: 50g lotus seed, tremella fuciformis 1, a handful of Lycium barbarum 1, 60g rock sugar and proper amount of water.

Practice 50 grams of lotus seeds, soak them the night before and soak their hair the next day. Baiyiner 1 flower, soak in advance 1 hour, remove the old pedicel, tear it into small flowers, and wash it repeatedly. Pour more than half of the pot of water into the casserole, add tremella and lotus seeds, boil over high fire and stew over low fire 1 hour. Add 60 grams of rock sugar and 0/0 tablets of Lycium barbarum. Cook until the rock sugar melts, turn off the fire and let it cool, one bowl at a time.

Cold tremella

Ingredients: 3 liang of fresh tremella, cucumber 1 root, salt 1 tablespoon, 5 cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon of chopped red pepper, half a teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon, vinegar and sesame oil 1 teaspoon.

Practice tremella cut into thin strips, blanched in boiling water for a while, picked up and drained for use. Egg tremella soup

Ingredients: appropriate amount of tremella, appropriate amount of rock sugar, red dates 10, one egg, and a little salt.

Practice tremella soak hair in advance and tear it into small flowers. Beat the eggs, add a little salt and mix well. Put the tremella into the pot, add enough water, add the red dates, and turn to low heat for half an hour. Then pour in the egg liquid and stir it into egg flowers.

Tremella and coix seed decoction

Materials: papaya 100g, coix seed 50g, tremella 5g.

Practice Wash Coix seed and soak it in water for 2 hours. Soak dried tremella in water, wash, remove roots and tear into small flowers. Peel and seed papaya and cut it into hob blocks. Ingredients: 5g tremella, 150g rock sugar, some cherries.

Put a proper amount of water in the pot, boil it, add tremella, then change to slow fire, add rock sugar, after 40 minutes, add washed cherries, put them in a vessel and let them cool. Freeze in the refrigerator 1.5 hours. It's delicious and refreshing.

Hawthorn porridge

Materials: hawthorn 10g, tremella 10g, rice 10g, and rock sugar 50g.

Practice: Hawthorn is washed, seeded and sliced, and Tremella is thoroughly pedicled and torn into petals. The rice is washed clean. Put rice, hawthorn and tremella into a rice cooker, add crystal sugar and water, and cook as usual.

Sydney tremella soup

Materials: pear 1, tremella fuciformis, medlar, rock sugar, water 1000ml.

Practice after soaking the tremella, cut off the yellow part and wash it clean. Put 1000 ml of water into the pot, pour the tremella, bring to a boil, and turn the heat down to 10 minute.
