Introduction of tourist attractions in Jiangxi: Yanshui Pavilion
Jiujiang city has a beautiful Gantang Lake and an island surrounded by green trees. There is a group of antique buildings on the island, which is a "pure land" in the downtown area-Yanshui Pavilion.

In the Tang Dynasty, Sima Bai Juyi from Jiangzhou once rowed here to see the lakes and mountains, and he was excited to write poems. Zhou Dunyi, a philosopher in the Northern Song Dynasty, saw an island like a moon, hence the name "Immersing in the Moon". Later generations built a "Moon Immersion Pavilion" on the island, which reflected the poem "When the river mysteriously widens to the full moon" in Bai Juyi's Pipa Trip, and also entrusted the memory of Bai Juyi and Zhou Dunyi. Later, Zhou Dunyi's son Zhou Shou came to Jiangzhou's father's tomb from Hunan. Seeing that "the hills don't ditch and the smoke is thin" around Gantang Lake, he built a pavilion on the lake embankment called Yanshui Pavilion. During the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, both pavilions were abandoned. In the 21st year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1593), Huang Tengchun, the governor of Jiujiang, rebuilt the Yanshui Pavilion at the former site, which is the origin of Yanshui Pavilion today. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Yanshuige buildings were repeatedly built and abandoned. In the seventh year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1868), Gu Huai, a monk, raised funds to rebuild it. It was not until the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty that the Yanshui Pavilion was built to its present scale. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was maintained year by year, and a zigzag bridge was built leading to the lakeshore.

The buildings on Shen Moon Island are divided into three parts: left, middle and right. People used to call the whole building on the island a smoke pavilion. In fact, every building has its own name. On the left are Cuizhaoxuan, Tingyuxuan and Yiting; On the right is the moon pavilion and boat hall; In the middle are Yanshui Pavilion, Chunyang Hall, Wuxian Pavilion and Guanyin Pavilion. These three groups of buildings have their own characteristics and are interrelated. Various forms and harmonious styles. Courtyard and patio are typical gardens of Jiangnan water town, with beautiful flowers and trees, exquisite stones, fresh and elegant, and pleasing to the eye.

Yanshui Pavilion is a place where literati and poets in past dynasties feast and visit. There are couplets with different styles in the pavilion, either describing and painting scenes, or expressing feelings in a freehand manner, which are connected by scenes, blended with literature and scenes, and visited the pavilion to view the couplet, which is full of elegance and interest.

In the past, Yanshui Pavilion was a place where people in this city offered sacrifices to their sages. The five sages and officials commemorated by Wuxian Pavilion are: pastoral poet Tao Yuanming, Jiangzhou shepherd Li Bo, Jiangzhou Sima Bai Juyi, Song and Ming Neo-Confucianism master Zhou Dunyi and Wang Yangming. At present, the hall of Yanshuige has been converted into Jiujiang cultural relics showroom, where you can see the unearthed cultural relics with local characteristics.

According to official records, Lv Dongbin, one of the "Eight-Cave Immortals", was the magistrate of Xunyang County and did many good things for the people of Jiujiang. The statue of Chunyang Temple has been destroyed by soldiers, leaving a "longevity" monument behind the temple, which is said to have been written by a road flyover. The word "shou" means "nine turns to Dan" The font is very old. At first glance, it is a "longevity", but on closer inspection, it is a "Dan". It is said that this stone tablet, which looks like "Longevity" and "Dan", conveys Lv Dongbin's good wishes for the longevity of Jiujiang people.

Along the stone steps of Shuige, there are a pair of hide the sword stone boxes, which stand on both sides of the stone steps in front of the pavilion, meaning Nafeng hide the sword. It is reported that Jiujiang is often harassed by butchers and bandits. According to the Yin and Yang family, it is all caused by the county facing the Shuangjian Peak in Lushan Mountain. "Between the main traffic routes in the Song Dynasty, the Tang County ordered two cities to be built in front of the building, and the building was built on it, called the box building, saying: hide the sword in the box." After being destroyed. The present stone was chiseled in the 12th year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1873), when Chen Nai, a magistrate of a county, expanded Yanshui Pavilion.

According to legend, Shenyue Island is also the podium of Zhou Yu, commander-in-chief of Wu Dong Navy. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the palace of Sun Quan, the ruler of Chai Sang and Wu State, was here. In the 13th year of Jian 'an (208), Cao Cao led an army of 830,000, left Xuchang and went all the way south, chasing Liu Bei and eyeing Wu Dong. Sun Quan named Zhou Yu as the viceroy and ordered him to lead the water army to practice day and night in Gantang Lake to meet Cao Jun.

In ancient times, Gantang Lake was connected with the Yangtze River and Poyang Lake, with a vast water area. This is a water fortress in Wu Dong. At this time, warships gathered on the lake and heroes lined up. Zhou Yu, who was extremely clever, sent troops here to unite with Liu Bei and defeated Cao Bing in Chibi. In China's ancient military affairs, he created a model of defeating many with few and defeating the strong with the weak. Therefore, it is also called Zhou Yu's desk. There is a "Exhibition Hall of Zhou Yu's Warfare" in Yu Yan Pavilion, which introduces Zhou Yu's life. In the middle is a statue of Zhou Yu, more than 3 meters high, holding a book and a sword, which reproduces the dashing and heroic attitude of this Confucian general.

Walking down from the front of Yanshui Pavilion and crossing the bridge, there is a square pavilion with a white stone railing in front of it, which is Zhou Yu's commanding platform during the Three Kingdoms period. On May 1 May/9881day, the municipal cultural department once held the antique tourism activity of "Zhou Yu's ordering Taiwan" here: there was a bang and smoke everywhere. Teams of Dongwu guards wearing bright armor came in from the saltwater pavilion where Ye Qi hunted. Subsequently, eight ladies-in-waiting dressed in Hanfu and holding palace lanterns walked out of the wild goose water pavilion and went to worship Taiwan, on both sides. On the side of Baitai Fangting, an apricot-yellow "Zhou" banner fluttered in the wind, and four red lanterns of "Commander of the Water Army" hung high on both sides. Zhou Yu, wearing a scarf with a black belt and a sword slung around her waist, came to the stage and sang, "There is a vast Wan Li in the east of the Yangtze River, and the soldiers are good and the heroes are happy. There's still time to travel all over the world and clean up the residue and filth for the Han family ... ". The ancient Xunyang City is filled with smoke and golden songs everywhere, which reproduces the historical picture of Zhou Yu's acupoints and Battle of Red Cliffs.
