Huqingyutang

Hu Qingyutang's national medicine number is also called Hu Qingyutang.

Hu Qingyutang is a traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy founded by Hu Xueyan in the 13th year of Tongzhi (1874). Huqingyutang Pharmacy, based on the Royal Pharmacopoeia of Song Dynasty, is famous for its developed drugs and is still loved by Chinese and foreign people. Together with Beijing Tongrentang, it is known as two famous old Chinese medicine shops in China.

At the northern foot of the beautiful Wu Shan, there is a magnificent ancient architectural complex, which is the famous "Jiangnan Medicine King"-Huqingyutang Chinese Medicine. Its name is taken from the Book of Changes, and there must be Qing Yu; If bad houses are accumulated, there will be more disasters. Hu Xueyan originally wanted to be named Qing Yu Hall, but Qin Gui used Qing Yu Hall, so it was changed to Qingyu Hall. It is the best-preserved brand of traditional Chinese medicine in China, and also the best-preserved Huizhou-style commercial ancient building in Qing Dynasty. Hu Qingyutang 1874 was founded by Hu Xueyan, a famous businessman in Hongding, who copied the style of Jiangnan quadrangle for 302,000 yuan. The whole building is like a crane parked at the foot of Wu Shan. Hu Qingyutang accepted the traditional prescriptions of famous doctors and carefully prepared Qingyu Pill, Powder, Plaster, Dan and Jishining.

"There is Tongrentang in the north and Qingyutang in the south", and the story of "Jiangnan Yaowang" is circulating. Although there are countless names of traditional Chinese medicines in China, the most famous ones are only "two and a half"-one in Beijing Tongrentang, one in Hangzhou Huqingyutang and one in Chen Liji, Guangdong. The ancient buildings in Tongrentang and Chen Liji, including workshops, were demolished and replaced by newly-built houses, with no traditional features, only Hu Qingyu Hall remained. Simplicity is somewhat mysterious, and elegance has cultural accumulation. In the long history, Hu Qingyutang's rich and unique culture can be said to be the essence of China's traditional commercial culture.

Huqingyutang Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the only national museum of traditional Chinese medicine in China, which was founded on the basis of Huqingyutang ancient buildings. Visitors can not only see the essence of China's medical treasure house, but also enjoy the ancient buildings of Huqingyutang. The building area of the Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine is more than 4,000 square meters, which consists of five parts: exhibition hall, traditional Chinese medicine manual workshop hall, health clinic, business hall and medicinal food restaurant. In the exhibition hall, you can learn about the development history of China medicine and anecdotes of famous people such as Hua Tuo, Bian Que and Li Shizhen from a large number of introductions and treasures. In the workshop hall, experienced old pharmacists will bring wonderful live hand-made and Chinese herbal medicine slicing performances to the audience. If visitors want to try it themselves after watching it, they can use traditional hand tools in the "interest room" to experience the ancient pharmaceutical technology and have fun. There is also a Chinese medicine health clinic in the museum. By then, famous Chinese medicine practitioners with unique skills will provide various medical and health care services for tourists.

The business hall is a window for Hu Qingyutang to open to the outside world, and it is also a place for tourists to buy medicines provided by the Chinese Medicine Museum. Visitors can buy authentic Chinese herbal medicines from all over the country, all kinds of high-quality Chinese patent medicine products produced by Hu Qingyutang and famous, special and excellent products from major Chinese medicine factories all over the country.
