"If Chen doesn't cry, he will be mourned", which means that he can't cry because of something, or there will be another funeral. This is because the ancients thought that Chen was a tomb and a reservoir, so it could not be opened. When opened, it symbolizes the occurrence of mourning. As early as the Han dynasty, there was a saying that "there is no crying in the morning of a day, and crying has a heavy funeral" (see Lun Heng's General Chapter). Crying for no reason must have some kind of omen, signs and hints, which is a symbol of bad luck.
What does morning mean?
In ancient China, the date of the year was recorded by the chronology of the stem and branch, that is, the cooperation of heavenly stems and earthly branches was taken as sixty flowers. Chen is one of the twelve earthly branches, and Chen Day is the day when earthly branches become Chen. There are five * * *, which appear every 12 days. Of course, the sky is different, that is, Chen Wu, Chen Geng, Nonchen, Chen Jia and Chen Bing. They are on duty in turn. Every sixty days, one day in the trunk is the same, so there are five or six same old days every year.
The five elements belong to the soil, which is also the reservoir of soil and water (or tomb), but after the cooperation with the sky, the five elements are different every day. For example, Wu acts as a big forest, Chen Geng acts as platinum, Ren Chen acts as running water, Chen Jia's Yin Nawu acts as a Buddha's lamp, and Bingchen's Yin Wu acts as filling sand, so the characteristics of good or ill luck are different.
Judging the good or ill luck of the day is based on the balance of the five elements and our own needs, combined with heavenly stems and earthly branches in the year, month, day and time, and heavenly stems and earthly branches in the Universiade and the Palace of Life. If Chen is what you need, then when you rush Chen, you will be fierce, and when you are alive or prosperous, you will be lucky; On the other hand, we don't need Chen ourselves, so rushing to Chen is auspicious, fierce or prosperous.
