Who will write the experience of practicing Tai Chi?
Practicing Tai Ji Chuan, like other sports, has to go through a process of gradual improvement from birth to maturity and from maturity to cleverness.

Tai Ji Chuan has unique sports characteristics and style. Only by fully embodying this style and making every movement fit the main point can we better get the effect of strengthening the body.

Generally speaking, practicing Tai Ji Chuan can be divided into three stages. In the first stage, we should lay a good foundation on posture (perfect form) and movement (filtering form), and make clear the basic requirements in gloves, such as step type, footwork, leg method, posture method, hand type, technique, eye contact, etc., so as to achieve correct posture, stable footwork and flexible and soft movements. In the second stage, pay attention to mastering the changing rules and characteristics of movements, so as to be coherent, harmonious and natural. The third stage focuses on the use of strength and the natural combination of thought, breathing and action, so that the action is light and calm and the whole body is complete and unified.

In the whole exercise process, no matter which stage or step, we should pay attention to the two basic essentials of "quietness" and "relaxation". Peace of mind and relaxation are the most basic requirements determined by the characteristics of Tai Ji Chuan's sports. It plays a guarantee role in mastering other essentials, and we should focus on the whole process of Tai Ji Chuan's practice. "Peace of mind" means concentration, concentration and boxing concentration. "Body relaxation" means that all parts of the body keep natural during exercise and eliminate unnecessary tension. Correctly applying these two points will help us to master other essentials of Tai Ji Chuan, embody the sports characteristics of Tai Ji Chuan, and improve the effect of fitness and medical treatment. So some people regard "relaxation" and "quietness" as the basic conditions of Tai Ji Chuan.

In the different stages of practicing Tai Ji Chuan, we should master the basic requirements of "relaxation" and "quietness" from low to high, and gradually deepen our understanding. It is closely related to the requirements of technical practice, and the two aspects cannot be dealt with separately.

Tai Ji Chuan's exercise value for the mental system lies in Tai Ji Chuan's requirement of "calming the mind and relaxing", which is a kind of spiritual repair and compensation for practitioners. During the exercise, the nerve center area outside the exercise is in a state of protective inhibition, and the consumption caused by tension at ordinary times is "compensated" and mental fatigue is repaired.

Research shows that long-term practice of Tai Ji Chuan can really relieve tension, provide rest and recuperation for brain nerves, and has obvious curative effect on unhealthy emotions such as depression and anxiety. Most of Tai Ji Chuan's movements are symmetrical. Symmetrical movements and "clear footwork" can activate and balance the functions of the left and right hemispheres of the brain, improve and delay the aging phenomenon.

Tai Ji Chuan also has exercise value for cardiovascular system. "Deficiency in the upper part and excess in the lower part" and "moving at will" are the basic mechanisms to simplify Tai Ji Chuan and help treat hypertension, which will help practitioners to distract their attention and lower limb blood, and relieve the blood flow pressure in the brain.

Comparative research data show that Tai Ji Chuan can reduce diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure, and the effect of drug therapy is better than that of drug therapy alone. I have been studying boxing with my teacher, Mr. Xu Zhuoqun, for two years. Let me talk about my views and experiences on Tai Ji Chuan.

First, how to choose a good teacher.

Second, China Wushu in my heart.

Third, how to learn from Tai Ji Chuan.

First, how to choose a good teacher

"Teacher, so preach and teach."

For taiji biography. Preach and teach. Broadly speaking, it should be the Tao in what Laozi called "Tao can be extraordinary". We might as well understand it as something that exists in all things in the universe. The narrow sense of Tao can be the Tao of Tai Chi. Teaching, this industry. Broadly speaking, studies, careers, occupations and so on. In short, it can be understood as the career of Tai Ji Chuan's research. To dispel doubts, that is, after students encounter problems in the process of following the teacher's guidance, the teacher should cooperate with the students to dispel doubts. Teachers are not omnipotent, but a good teacher will not let students repeat the detours they have taken. In reality, what is often preached is not the right way, or even crooked ways. Teaching is not the right occupation. If you are unsuccessful in solving doubts, you are often confused. Therefore, to examine a good teacher, the first thing is virtue.

To be more specific, it's Tai Ji Chuan. What exactly is a master? I understand it this way. First of all, Ming characters, left one day, right one month. Yin and Yang. Understand yin and yang. This yin and yang, but also contains many different levels of many aspects.

For example, the level of force can be divided into yin and yang. Yin and Yang are one thing. We only understand Tao abstractly through Yin and Yang. Some people in the society may be talking about yin and yang in strength. On the level of meaning, intentional yin and yang. Similarly, other levels also have their own yin and yang. There are also yin and yang between different levels. Many reasons are relative, not absolute. A good teacher should know yin and yang. He can let students know about Yin and Yang through various channels, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and explain the corresponding things to different students at different levels and in different situations. The so-called teacher is not an absolute teacher. Teachers and students can often learn from each other what they lack. Therefore, to a great extent, everyone is my teacher and everything in the world is our teacher. With regard to Tai Ji Chuan studies, I realize that a master's main points are indispensable: knowing Yin and Yang, changing principles and having both virtue and virtue. His boxing studies originated from the very systematic traditional culture of China.

A good teacher. I also know Chinese medicine. It is not a simple general understanding. But under the guidance of system theory, teachers who have had good practice. It's a big week, and people are small weeks. Can understand the human body well, and will be similar to other things. As the old saying goes, I don't know how easy it is to cure too much. I don't think it's enough to talk about Tai Chi without knowing Chinese medicine.

All roads lead to Rome. All laws are converted to religion. Different teachers and teachers will have their own relatively complete teaching methods. My experience is this: a boxing ring without the guidance of "theory" is a flower stand. There is a theory, but there is no internal fist fight to fuck. For a beginner in Tai Ji Chuan, it is like a blank sheet of paper. He doesn't know what is right and what is wrong. What is loose and what is tight?

I'm afraid even you who are reading this article can only say what you think is right or wrong at the moment. Although I have called 10,000 times, it is also reasonable. But I'm afraid each of us only has a blank sheet of paper. We don't have the capital to try innovation. All we have is to inherit the experience and lessons of our predecessors before painting. A good painter won't start painting until he has a plan. White paper is our own. The teacher will give us a good set of pens, a good plate of ink, a good set of methods and some valuable experience, but a good teacher will never easily let students start doodling on white paper. As for this painting, it is still our own. So my experience is that a teacher who really teaches martial arts must first lay a good foundation for his students. At the same time, theory is also taught imperceptibly, anytime and anywhere. Always test students' practice of theory. Without good internal strength, it is difficult to understand the right or wrong of the shelf. Maybe you can only follow the map through hearsay. If you have internal skills, you should hone and experience in the boxing ring. Understand why this situation is like this and that situation is like that. Why do you feel this way? Why do you feel this way. Teachers will constantly help and teach students through physical or non-physical means. Second, China Wushu in my heart

All methods still belong to the sects, so the martial arts in the world are one. This is no different from that. Clouds, ice sculptures, heavy rain, and tumbling down the river. That thing is full of water. Regardless of learning Tai Chi, thinking and gossip, what remains unchanged is Tao. This boxing frame is suitable for that pile, and this book is suitable for that tactic. Just for one thing. So, let go of separation. The finger that refers to the moon is not the moon. If you cross the river, you should abandon the ship. If you ride down the mountain, you should abandon it and climb the mountain. Kung fu practice may be a process of searching, picking up, experiencing, letting go and groping again. Too much emphasis on attack and defense is biased; Too much emphasis on health care is biased; Just like understanding yin and yang, yin and yang are not divided, and people are divided. Its purpose is to understand the truth of change and change and invariance. Just like the Tai Chi diagram, the yin fish has a way, the yang fish has a way, the fish has a way in its eyes, and the yin and yang alternate. Through the grapevine, there is a way to camp and a way to go out. There's another way across the ridge. A person who walks up the mountain with crutches may spend too long and experience too much, and forget why he went up the mountain. He went to different places and took different things. He only knew how to take them and didn't know how to put them down. The reason why China Wushu is extensive and profound is based on the culture accumulated by people's exploration of the universe, nature and human body for thousands of years. For people who don't understand traditional culture, it is difficult to understand deeper things in the vast amount of words and complicated laws. Now ask casually: how to write the word qi? Ten people make seven or eight mistakes. When asked about boxing theory, I am happy to talk about the combination of inside and outside, but I am afraid it is not clear why the word "harmony" is written together. I once met a friend who was treated by Chinese medicine, and I was tongue-tied or crazy when I asked casually. Military and civilian alike. My teacher often says that Tai Ji Chuan is a boxing method for literati to practice martial arts. I totally agree. Facing the vast amount of martial arts, my experience is that the more progress I make, the more I find that martial arts are boundless. The more you grope, the deeper you sigh at the way of civil and military affairs. Confucius visits three provinces every day. I think Mr. Kong's old man is really too modest. I'm afraid that when he said three provinces, he said 84 thousand provinces, which has been saved. I'm afraid it's hard for a person who completely separates kung fu from daily life to do it by going up a storey still higher. The old-timer said, you can't walk, sit or lie down without this. Which one is this? Hehe, you might as well think about it. I'm afraid China Wushu is just a blink of an eye among the stars in the sky. Why cling to this and that!

Tai Chi has gossip, gossip has tangible meaning, and form and meaning have Tai Chi.

There is only one martial art in the world, so why separate you from me?

Even if life and death are presented instantly, it is not boastful to raise your hand and cast your foot.

Yin and yang change lanes, and three and two are one.

There is nothing outside, nothing inside, and the sun and the moon are affectionate.

Tao is hard to judge. Only by taking shortcuts can one of the two interesting things be realized in just a few years.

There is another martial arts in the world, and so is China martial arts. I hope everyone can relax, communicate more and experience more.

Third, how to learn from Tai Ji Chuan.

Yan Ruyu is in the book. Books are one of the main ways for us to acquire knowledge. There are many books to read to study Tai Ji Chuan. I prefer to read such books repeatedly: Tao Te Ching (without chapters), Zhuangzi, Wang Zongyue Taiji Biography, Huangdi Neijing, Huangdi Yinfujing, Diamond Sutra and Heart Sutra. I think they are all very good books. The reason is that there are many intangible cultures between the lines.

If you don't practice boxing, you will get nothing. It is necessary to lay a good foundation, and every moment in the process of life practice is also laying a foundation. The training of basic skills is essential. Body, flesh, bones and muscles, viscera, meridians.

Practice boxing until you have no experience. There is no difference between boxing and kung fu. There is a fist in kung fu, and there is also kung fu in boxing. Practice, practice separately, practice together. Practice together, practice separately.

Pusher, I like the kind of physical contact without any rules:). Maybe they all call this thing a fader. My experience is that through physical contact and non-contact, I can master the mystery of boxing and kung fu. It is also a kind of pushing hand to let go of the mentality and have more contact with friends and teachers. No win or lose, no burden. Some pushers are divided into four corners, which are really pushers. But the pusher is not exactly like this. For a beginner, clear physical communication is often easier for people to get in touch with Tai Chi than lengthy or dazzling routines. You must keep quiet when practicing boxing. Quiet, you can decide. Many subtle things in nature need to be calmed down before they can be understood. Just like a person lying in bed, you will quietly feel the beating of your heart and feel the subtle movements and changes around you and even in the distance. Static is a state and a method. Every teacher has his own unique method. These things depend on everyone's opportunity. A lot of things, maybe the teacher didn't say directly, but I have already told you:). Calm down and realize carefully that kung fu is getting more and more refined.

As mentioned above, many things are my experiences during this period. There is nothing specific to talk about in all aspects. Because I know in my heart that my experience is not right, and it is nothing to show it through words. But take out your tattered broom and let everyone criticize it. It's better than looking at yourself in the mirror. I wish you all new achievements in the new year and a happy day.

Good health and good harvest.

Say goodbye to the old year and welcome the Year of the Sheep.

All the best, happy fire.

Carry forward the past and forge ahead.
