50+ people want to be energetic, what foods should they eat more?
I am a member of the 50+ crowd. At this age, all aspects of the body began to decline. Don't be picky about food if you want to be energetic at this age. Eat a little of all kinds of food, but be balanced in nutrition, balanced in meat and vegetables, scientific in diet, and get rid of bad habits. These are not enough. In addition to a healthy diet, to maintain emotional stability, we must adhere to regular exercise every day and keep fit.

What should I do to be energetic? I. Balanced nutrition

If you want a balanced nutrition, you can't be picky about food. You should suck everything. Coarse grains should be well matched with flour rice (one meal of coarse grains and two meals of flour rice every day), and fruits and vegetables should not be "off-chain", especially when fruits are in season. Pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetables (one meat and two vegetables), and it is best to drink boiled water instead of drinking less.

Second, scientific diet.

We must follow the scientific diet method of eating well early, eating well at noon and eating less at night. It's best to form the habit of eating scientifically, so as not to forget.

Third, get rid of bad habits.

Get rid of all the bad habits such as drinking, smoking and staying up late, and you will find yourself healthy and energetic.

Fourth, the mood should be stable

Always remind yourself not to be angry, nervous, anxious or excited. Every bad mood may give you the root of the disease.

Five, exercise

Insist on proper exercise every day. Interested friends can practice "Eight Stages of Neijia Qigong Brocade" with me. I feel that this regimen is very good, and I am full of energy every time I finish practicing. Most importantly, practicing this regimen consumes less energy and won't take up your precious time.

Seeing this, you may sigh: everything you say is good, but we don't have the conditions to do it, including balanced nutrition and scientific diet. Go to work hungry every day. I can only say that we are all the same (I was laid off at the end of this month). As long as we try our best, we can always get rid of bad habits, right? You can control your emotions, right? There is little exercise time. Can you spare some time to do it? As long as you use snacks and turn difficulties into motivation, you will be more energetic day by day.
