Yan Dexin's self-report
I was born in Danyang, Jiangsu. His father, Yan, is a protege of the famous doctor He Jiheng. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as the director of internal medicine of the affiliated hospital of Nanjing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the director of Chinese medicine of Jiangsu Institute of Cancer Prevention and Treatment. He is one of the famous old Chinese medicine practitioners in China. He has been practicing medicine for more than 60 years, devoted himself to studying the classic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and paying attention to "benevolence". He is responsive to patients and has treated a large number of difficult and severe gynecological patients at home and abroad. My career as a doctor is inseparable from my father's example. Ming Dow was the first person to know medicine. When I was a child, my father asked me to read the Thirteen Classics first, and learn from the chapters and sentences of Han Confucianism and the theory of justice of Song Confucianism, so that I could know the teacher's biography first, and then look for it from the biographies of sages.

The learning path of mental method. When I was 12 years old, my father asked me to recite ancient Chinese medicine books such as Neijing and typhoid fever. According to the usual practice, I would write thousands of words in Yi Deng at midnight. Although I can recite it day and night, I don't understand its medicine. At that time, western medicine was not fashionable, and the treatment mainly depended on Chinese medicine. Once, a farmer in Wuxi was run over by a car in front of his house and lost a lot of blood. His father put an iron fan on the farmer's wound and the bleeding stopped at once. On another occasion, my father's "Dining Choice" doctor took a farmer with a "gangrene" on his back, which was very swollen, had a high fever and was very painful. His father performed a "fire needle" for him, that is, he stabbed the affected area directly after burning with a horn needle, and pus flowed out in large quantities, which made him feel bitter and lost, and his fever and inflammation disappeared. This incident touched me a lot, and made me realize that "medicine is benevolence" and saving lives is enough for the living. Gradually, I decided to study medicine. "If it's not for good looks, it's for good doctors." I want to be a doctor as good as my father. So whenever my father is in the clinic, I will visit him to see how he treats diseases, help him copy prescriptions, listen to his teachings, sort out his prescriptions in different categories, and sort out dozens of books on internal medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, larynx and surgery. My father's academic research on spleen and stomach is particularly profound. Theoretically, it is argued that the spleen and stomach are both the foundation of the day after tomorrow and the source of all diseases. It is believed that the spleen governs the four viscera, and spleen diseases can affect the four viscera, and diseases of the four viscera also affect the spleen. Therefore, there are diseases such as heart and spleen, lung and spleen, liver and spleen, spleen and kidney in clinic. Clinically, we attach importance to the principles of invigorating spleen and qi, strengthening the body resistance and consolidating the foundation, and often treat it from the spleen, which is flexible and changeable. It is also unique in medication. He is good at exerting the effects of drugs such as Atractylodes lancea, eliminating dampness and strengthening the spleen, strengthening the body resistance and consolidating the constitution, eliminating dampness and strengthening the spleen, which is widely used in miscellaneous diseases of internal medicine. Clinical compliance with this can be effective. After several years' study, I am familiar with classic original works such as Neijing, typhoid fever and Golden Chamber. , and gradually mastered the more systematic theoretical and clinical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, laying a good foundation for further study. After decades of clinical practice, I learned from my family and the past, which led to me today. I often can't remember my late father. After the Cultural Revolution, I went back to work. Summarizing the clinical practice of these decades, it is gradually found that all kinds of diseases are related to qi, especially chronic diseases and strange diseases. Although I admired my father's achievements since I was a child, through long-term observation, I found that my father's theory of strengthening the spleen was not perfect. Father thinks that the spleen and stomach are the foundation of the day after tomorrow and the source of all diseases. But in fact, many intractable diseases do not come from the spleen and stomach, but from blood stasis. In order to find the theoretical basis, my colleagues and I conducted experiments on "nail fold microcirculation" and "hemorheology" on 565 patients with difficult diseases. The results confirmed that all these patients had positive indications of blood stasis syndrome, and the laboratory indexes improved accordingly after treatment. Therefore, I deeply feel that "qi is the root of all diseases and blood is the embryo of all diseases" is of great clinical significance, so I put forward new viewpoints of "blood stasis is inevitable for a long time" and "blood stasis is inevitable for strange diseases", and then put forward the treatment principle of "balance method".

In Qing Dynasty, Cheng proposed eight methods: sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, harmonizing, warming middle warmer, clearing away heat and tonifying middle warmer, which promoted the inheritance and summary of TCM treatment methods at that time. But today, TCM therapeutics has made great progress, and the "eight methods" can no longer cover all the treatments of TCM. I think human qi and blood flow along the meridians, circulating endlessly, nourishing the whole body. If the blood circulation is not smooth, or the blood stagnates, or the blood overflows and does not follow the meridians for various reasons, blood stasis can be formed. Stagnation of blood flow not only affects the normal operation of blood, but also interferes with the normal flow of qi, resulting in imbalance between yin and yang and qi and blood, thus causing many diseases. "Balance method" is to eliminate various pathogenic factors by treating qi and blood, dredging qi and blood of viscera, making blood smooth, qi moving up and down moderately, and balancing yin and yang. The so-called "balance" and "doctor balance" in The Book of Rites Qu Lixia are still flat. Xunzi's Book of Rites says: "Honest suspension" refers to the balance beam. It can be seen that balance means balance and balance, which can comprehensively reflect its functions of dredging qi and blood and balancing yin and yang. Wang Qingren once said: "The whole body's qi passes through without stagnation, blood is born without stasis, and the general principle of qi passes through blood. Why not get rid of it?" In treatment, the "balance method" takes "qi is the length of all diseases, and blood is the fetus of all diseases" as the key link to treat various diseases based on syndrome differentiation, focusing on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, activating qi and benefiting qi, or treating qi, blood or both qi and blood. Prescription medication should be based on the word "tong", and the treatment principle is to regulate qi and blood and protect viscera. It can be summarized as 10 compatibility method, which is flexible and effective, and is suitable for many diseases such as yin and yang, exterior and interior, deficiency and excess, cold and heat, especially in the field of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

200 1 Shanghai Clinical Medical Center for Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established under the leadership of Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau. As the academic leader of the center, the construction of the center has achieved remarkable results. Clinically, according to the principle of "balance method", the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can often treat intractable diseases. 1986 65438+1On October 20th, Shanghai Xinmin Evening News reported a medical case. /kloc-a 0/9-year-old girl has suffered from hemangioma of the left upper limb since childhood, and her left back, fingers and forearm are swollen and painful, so she cannot work. The circumference of the left forearm is 39 cm, and that of the left back is 28 cm. The blue veins are exposed, and clothes with extra-large cuffs are needed. X-ray showed hemangioma of left forearm and back of hand, thickening of middle and lower ulna and dislocation of distal radioulnar joint. After consultation outside the hospital, it was considered that it could not be preserved and it was planned to be amputated. I used the method of clearing away heat and removing blood stasis, softening hard mass and eliminating tumor. After two years, the circumference of my left forearm was reduced to 26 cm. I could wear ordinary clothes, avoid amputation, restore my labor force and be assigned to work in a wireless power plant. Another example is an aplastic anemia patient with 2.2 million red blood cells/cubic millimeter, 5 grams of hemoglobin, 2,800 white blood cells/cubic millimeter and 0. 1% reticulocyte. As a result of bone marrow puncture, bone marrow was partially suppressed. Pale face, mental fatigue, gnashing of teeth, pigmentation of sclera and periorbital region, slow pulse, red tongue, thin and greasy fur. Generally speaking, it is deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency of liver and kidney, but I think it is due to stagnation of blood stasis, which makes biochemistry weak. The first step should be to promote qi and blood. All prescriptions are drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. After seven patches, the red blood cells were 3 10/m3, hemoglobin was 8.3g, white blood cells were 5000/m3, and platelets were 8000/m3. After taking 2 1 patch, it was relieved. There are countless examples of treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases with balance method. For example, the method of warming yang and activating blood circulation is used to treat unstable angina pectoris. Many patients have significantly reduced the attack of angina pectoris and the dosage of nitric acid drugs, and some patients even stopped using western medicine. For example, Wang Moumou, a 60-year-old female, suffered from coronary heart disease and angina pectoris 1 more than a year, and the effect was not obvious after treatment with various drugs. After 1 month, angina pectoris basically disappeared, and the drugs used to enlarge the crown gradually decreased. I use the method of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation to treat restenosis after interventional therapy of coronary heart disease, and explore a set of effective methods for treating this disease with Chinese medicine. Such as Xu, female, overseas Chinese, returned to China for interventional therapy because of coronary heart disease, and postoperative angina pectoris is still frequent. After using the method, angina pectoris is obviously relieved and does not attack after exercise. The above medical records are mostly collected in Yu's works, such as Clinical Practice of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis, Diagnostic Tips for Difficult Diseases in Yan Dexin and Yan Dexin Volume. These clinical experiences have also been transformed into scientific research achievements, and through scientific research appraisal, they have won many scientific and technological progress awards at all levels.

Later, I applied the theory of qi and blood and the principle of "balance method" to the field of anti-aging. I think the essence of aging is the imbalance of qi and blood, qi deficiency and blood stasis, in which "deficiency" is the phenomenon, "stasis" is the essence, "deficiency" is the destination and "stasis" is the reason. Because any cause and the occurrence of various diseases will affect the normal circulation of qi and blood, first of all, there will be disharmony between qi and blood, blocked circulation and blood stagnation. Because of the existence of blood stasis, qi and blood are out of balance, and the viscera can't get normal nutrition, then the viscera will be weak, the essence will fail, the gasification function will be damaged, and the physiological function of the viscera can't be played normally, thus aggravating the imbalance between qi and blood, thus forming a vicious circle, and finally the viscera will be aging and even dying. And with the growth of age, healthy qi will inevitably be consumed in the constant struggle with nature and disease. Because qi deficiency promotes blood deficiency, it aggravates the block of blood stasis, forming the situation of "excess and deficiency" and "qi deficiency and blood stasis" Therefore, blood stasis and excess are the main factors of human aging. In order to live a long life, we must eliminate the factors that lead to aging-blood stasis. The best way to eliminate blood stasis is to "consolidate the roots and clear the source". Those who clean up the source are just trying to consolidate the source, and those who consolidate the source are also serving the source. Because qi leads to blood circulation, benefiting qi is conducive to removing blood stasis. Clinically, when people enter old age, there will be obvious blood stasis, such as pigmentation, rough skin, senile plaque, scleral opacity and so on. These are the typical signs of blood stasis, and the common diseases of the elderly, such as arteriosclerosis, hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, prostatic hypertrophy, cervical spondylosis and so on. It is the manifestation of blood stasis pathology and the most common cause of aging and death. Clinically, it has been proved that many impotence, alopecia, deafness, dizziness, etc., which are traditionally considered as "kidney deficiency", can be treated by the balance method of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation, which can also prove the credibility of this view. 1989 presided over the scientific research project "Blood Stasis and Aging", and put forward a new viewpoint that blood stasis and excess evil are the main causes of human aging, and won the second prize of state administration of traditional chinese medicine Science and Technology Progress Award. Its research results were published on the front page of People's Daily. According to the research results, Shanghai Science and Education Film Studio produced an anti-aging science and education film, which was shown to the whole country and received enthusiastic response. Acute fever is an acute disease characterized by fever, which is common in various infectious diseases and infectious diseases. The author is a descendant of Menghe Ma School for the mentally retarded. He Jiheng, a former teacher, is famous for his good treatment of febrile diseases. His medication was unique and effective, which benefited me a lot. For example, Shisan decoction can clear away heat and hide yin; Mint and Dendrobium officinale are used together, Douchi and fresh land are used together, pungent and sweet and cold are used together, and penetrating evil does not hurt body fluid; Yu Shudan for external use; Piwendan cures damp-heat steaming; The method of Guizhi Gulong Oyster is used to treat yin and yang; The application of Si Mo Yin Zi in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the internal and external application of foreign brandy have their own characteristics. For the treatment of fever, I advocate sweating first, paying attention to penetrating evil, advocating the combination of cold and heat, and creating Qiangying decoction (Notopterygium incisum, Folium Isatidis, Taraxacum mongolicum) to sweat and reduce fever, which has obvious curative effect; Pathogens enter the qi, and the transmission speed is changeable, so the treatment needs to judge the timing, or relax the bowels, or eliminate dampness, or dissipate heat, or resolve phlegm, and develop in time; When the disease enters the blood camp, it is very important to remove the heat in the camp. Fresh Rehmannia glutinosa, fresh Acorus calamus and Folium Isatidis are used as medicines. If there are signs of blood stasis, the benefits of adding blood stasis-removing products are obvious. Heat enters the blood, injures body fluids and consumes yin, so it is particularly important to protect yin in the later stage of illness. Taking Radix Pseudostellariae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Rhizoma Phragmitis, Folium Bambusae and fresh Dendrobium regularly can benefit qi and nourish yin. Gypsum should be used for patients with internal heat, and the dosage should be large, because the main pathogenesis of acute fever is: poison enters with evil, poison causes heat, and heat and poison compete and change rapidly. Gypsum can quickly eliminate pathogens and prevent the spread of thermal potential. The dosage of gypsum can reach 90 grams to 250 grams, which is the only way to overcome the heat.

From June 2002 to October 2003 10, SARS was prevalent all over the country and even the world. Traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the fight against SARS and has been highly praised by the World Health Organization. I was lucky enough to personally participate in this special action, especially in Shanghai, Guangdong, Hong Kong and other places. I used the experience of Master He and achieved unexpected results. I think SARS, as an acute infectious disease, has different clinical manifestations due to different epidemic areas, different patients' constitutions, different course of disease. Therefore, it is necessary to "use drugs with evidence" and insist on syndrome differentiation and treatment in order to receive good therapeutic effects. At the beginning, we should pay attention to appearance, announce the truth, exorcise evil spirits, and be careful not to be invisible. You can choose Yinqiao Powder. Disease from the outside to the inside, use Maxingshi dry soup. In the middle stage, he paid attention to the treatment of phlegm, blood stasis and dampness, and advocated the treatment of respiratory distress with prickly heat and phlegm. Raw Pinellia ternata is also a common product, and its experience shows that decocting raw Pinellia ternata and ginger for 30 minutes first is not only nontoxic, but also far more effective than processing Pinellia ternata. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is helpful to the absorption of inflammation, such as Paeonia Rubra, Cortex Moutan and Salvia miltiorrhiza. For pulmonary fibrosis caused by SARS, the method of removing blood stasis and softening hardness is advocated, and the products picked by insects can achieve certain curative effect, such as raw cattail pollen, pangolin scales, raw oysters, seaweed, kelp and so on. Atractylodes rhizome is used to treat dampness, and the dosage is usually 15g. It is better compatible with Coptidis Rhizoma, Magnolia Officinalis, Acorus calamus, Eupatorium odoratum and other products. If frontal treatment doesn't work, you can try lateral treatment. The so-called "treating dampness is not equal to treating urination". Although there are no symptoms such as urination and edema of lower limbs, Wuling powder can also be used to beat about the bush. In the later stage, we should strengthen our body according to the changes of the struggle between evil and righteousness. Dampness hurts yang more easily, and heat hurts yin more easily. Li Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi Decoction has the functions of benefiting qi, nourishing yin, clearing away heat and drying dampness, and is used for patients with multiple functions in the later period. In case of syncope due to yang deficiency, Shenfu injection should be used for intravenous drip immediately, and Shengmai injection should be used for syncope due to deficiency of both qi and yin.

Practice shows that these experiences and methods have achieved good results in the treatment of SARS. In February, 2004, Comrade Wu Yi affirmed the achievements made by Chinese medicine in the fight against SARS at the National Conference on Traditional Chinese Medicine, and insisted on inheriting and innovating, never discarding the new. TCM diagnosis and treatment of acute fever is a treasure house, and has accumulated rich experience for thousands of years. Today, young and middle-aged Chinese medicine practitioners rarely come into contact with emergencies including acute fever for various reasons, but the lessons of SARS tell us that it is absolutely necessary to cultivate young and middle-aged Chinese medicine practitioners' ability to deal with acute fever, organize a group of Chinese medicine practitioners with good level of syndrome differentiation and treatment to establish an emergency network for Chinese medicine to treat acute fever, and fully intervene to deal with public health emergencies. Young doctors often ask me tips on diagnosis and treatment. I think that Chinese medicine should not only follow the principles of "holistic view" and "dialectical treatment" in the process of diagnosis and treatment, but also try to analyze and study the development process of diseases and their different clinical symptoms at different stages with the viewpoint of "monism". Only in this way can we grasp the essence of the disease, determine the treatment and medication, and achieve better curative effect. Maybe this is the trick. A clever doctor, you should prove in court that you use drugs accurately. However, the human body is so mysterious that the viscera can't be described. As Zhang Ji said, "People are endowed with five zang-organs, so they have five fu-organs, and the meridians are fu-organs. Yin and Yang are interlinked and subtle, so it is extremely difficult to change." However, when the disease is complex, hidden or involves many aspects, there must be one symptom that plays a decisive and influential role, and other symptoms are produced with the appearance of this symptom and change with the change of this symptom.

The fundamental feature of monism is to judge the specificity of symptoms of phenomenon system from different combinations of phenomena. The trace of clinical thinking is basically deduction first, then induction, permeated with monism. "From the beginning of waiting, the Tao comes into being", in which pathogenesis analysis is the most effective way to provide doctors with the correlation between symptoms and find the decisive symptoms. Treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients 1 case. When they were admitted to the hospital, they were delirious. Laboratory tests showed that the protein ratio was inverted. Barium fluoroscopy showed varicose veins at the lower end of esophagus and gastric fundus, and portal hypertension was definitely diagnosed. After blood transfusion and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the bleeding stopped, and high fever, edema and ascites appeared immediately, which quickly aggravated. Fasting blood glucose 13.8 mmol/l, after comprehensive treatment such as protecting liver, lowering blood sugar, diuresis and releasing ascites, the condition became more and more serious. During the consultation, the abdomen was as big as an urn, and the umbilical process was flat and dying. The general impression is that it is not resistant to attack, and it is not enough to make up. Take Dongyuan Tianzhen Pill as the prescription, light tonic and slow attack, based on supporting qi and promoting qi, and combine the pathogenesis after taking the medicine. Secondly, it will be smooth and beneficial, the abdomen will gradually relax, and the spirit and stomach will improve. Instead, it will start from Danxi Dawenhong Zhongwan method, gradually condense, dredge meridians and promote qi, and replenish fu meridians. After taking 43 doses, ascites disappeared, blood sugar became flat, muscles gradually filled, and the state of dry rope changed. Therefore, every symptom has a certain clinical significance. What really reflects the essence of many symptoms is the loss of qi in the triple energizer, not spleen deficiency or water-dampness stagnation. Blindly benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen will lead to fullness, and blindly chasing water will consume gas and hurt health.

Understanding from syndrome to syndrome is the result of systematic syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine. The relationship between syndrome and its essence depends on the command of monism. If the main contradiction is overcome, the rest will be solved. I have been a doctor for more than 70 years and have treated tens of thousands of diseases. I found three ideas in clinical treatment, which are quite rewarding. I would like to make the following suggestions to my fellow initiates. One is "tonifying yang", which is closely related to the strength of the human body. For the syndromes that have not been cured for a long time, adding aconite can often achieve unexpected results. In Ceng Zhi, a kidney calculi patient took hundreds of doses of traditional Chinese medicine. Specialist medicine believes that the stone is incarcerated, the part is difficult to move, and it will never be effective without surgery. However, the patient is weak and unwilling to have surgery. For this reason, unconventional methods are adopted, such as warming yang and benefiting qi, removing stones and promoting diuresis, and using Guiling Decoction, zedoary and cowherb seed. After 7 doses, two soybean stones were discharged, hydronephrosis disappeared and renal function recovered. It's not as good as Zhou, and its effect is like a response. Secondly, judging from the legislation of "blood is the embryo of all diseases", it is also very useful to use drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to overcome intractable diseases. Wang Qingren said: "Qi can activate blood, why can't it be removed?" Tang Rongchuan said, "All incurable diseases are due to blood stasis." It is really reasonable to have clinical symptoms. There is a hiccup patient in Ceng Zhi who has not recovered for three years. He used conventional methods many times, but all failed. Take 2 doses of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction to cure it. The third type is called "spleen governing four viscera". The functional activities of human viscera depend on the transformation of spleen and stomach, which makes the four viscera flourish and the spleen fail. An elderly patient suffered from visceral ptosis, hypokalemia and emphysema for a long time, but the drugs for tonifying kidney, lung and spleen were ultimately ineffective, so he added Atractylodes macrocephala, Cimicifuga rhizome, lotus leaves, japonica rice and collapsed elephants to the original prescription and shook it up at one fell swoop. Therefore, it is concluded that strengthening the spleen is not as good as tonifying the spleen, and tonifying the spleen is not as good as transporting the spleen. Spleen flourishing in the four seasons is not affected by evil. It is a tradition of our people to take tonic between winter solstice and the beginning of spring, which is especially popular in the south of the Yangtze River. Meng He school is a land of plenty, which is particularly interesting. My father is Ma Peizhi's second disciple. I dabbled in it when I was young, but later I became Jiang Shen. I follow Qin's example and specialize in tonic medicine. Plaster prescription, commonly known as nourishing plaster, is a paste preparation made by decocting traditional Chinese medicine in water, filtering residue and adding auxiliary materials. It has many functions, such as nourishing, strengthening the body, resisting aging, prolonging life, treating diseases and correcting deviation. Ointment is generally composed of about 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines for a long time. Therefore, the formula of ointment should pay more attention to pertinence. The so-called pertinence, that is, according to the nature of the patient's disease and physical type, through dialectical treatment, one person takes medicine according to his body, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body, eliminating diseases and prolonging life. My experience is:

1, pay attention to pulse case writing, and legislate on syndrome differentiation and treatment. This ointment is not only a tonic and strong medicine, but also the best dosage form for treating chronic diseases. Therefore, the preparation of ointment should first pay attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment. Doctors should analyze the etiology and location, the rise and fall of healthy qi and the depth of pathogenic factors from the patients' complicated symptoms, explore the root of the disease, and thus determine the prescriptions for consolidating the roots and clearing the source. This set of principles, methods, prescriptions and medicines with Chinese medicine characteristics must be fully reflected in the pulse case of ointment, and it is forbidden to "treat the headache and treat the foot pain", otherwise the patient will definitely lose more than the gain.

2. By analyzing the difference of physique, it is found that the weakening of human physique is the main cause of diseases caused by the invasion of pathogenic factors. But physique varies with age, sex, etc. Therefore, the choice of prescription and medication is not the same: for example, the dirty qi of the elderly declines, the blood and blood run slowly, and the ointment is often supplemented by products that promote blood circulation and qi circulation; Women are born with liver, which is easy to stagnate liver qi, and should be supplemented with drugs to soothe liver and regulate qi; Children are pure yang, so it is not advisable to take this product too early. /kloc-before the age of 0/4, it was mainly to strengthen the spleen and soil./kloc-after the age of 0/4, it only ate Liuwei Dihuang pills and the like. Mr. Qin Bowei, the first teacher, has always regarded Atractylodes macrocephala and Dioscorea opposita as the monarch. First, Mr. Yan Lu Yi does not prescribe ointment for children easily, but only uses Radix Adenophorae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, and Liuwei Dihuang as the main drugs, all of which have statutes.

3. Regulating qi, blood, yin and yang, using the bias of drugs to correct the imbalance of qi and blood between yin and yang, and "keeping yin and yang secret and treating the spirit" are the most basic main ideas of TCM health care treatment and the main principles of preparing ointment. Clinically speaking, middle-aged and elderly people are in a pathological state of excess and deficiency due to the gradual decline of dirty qi and weak blood circulation. If they blindly supplement it to make it more than enough, it will often be counterproductive. Therefore, when using ointment, we should not only consider "those who have insufficient behavior should be supplemented by temperature and taste", but also properly adjust the qi according to the symptoms of patients and pathological products such as blood stasis.

4. Strengthening the spleen and strengthening the stomach, taking happiness as a tonic cream contains many drugs for invigorating qi and nourishing blood, nourishing yin and strengthening yang, which are sticky and insoluble. If it is purely tonic, it will often hinder qi and blood, which is not conducive to health. Therefore, the compatibility of drugs is the key. Ye, a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty, once said, "The stomach is full of happiness". After oral administration of ointment, the stomach is comfortable and can be digested and absorbed to fill the stomach. Therefore, when preparing ointment, it is always advisable to choose products that can transport spleen and strengthen stomach: or stir-fry malt with sandalwood to awaken spleen and stimulate appetite; Or use Platycodon grandiflorum and Fructus Aurantii, one liter and one drop, to clear the turbidity. I especially like to use Atractylodes lancea in clinic. Atractylodes lancea is pungent and fragrant, and it is necessary to transport the spleen. Adding it to many nourishing tonics can eliminate the stickiness of tonics and sponsor the transportation and absorption of spleen. Traditional Chinese medicine is used to taking some drugs to clear the way, or removing exogenous pathogens, or resolving stagnation, or strengthening the spleen and regulating the stomach, and taking care of the transport function of the spleen and stomach everywhere.

5. Tonifying, combining dynamic and static, often supplemented by ointment made of donkey-hide gelatin and foreign products, causing adverse reactions such as abdominal distension and loose stool. Because it does not conform to the principle of "both tonic and tonic, dynamic and static combination", tonic medicine is a "static medicine", and it must be combined with the "dynamic medicine" of spicy incense to make it up without delay. Clinically, it can be used for common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of middle-aged and elderly people, such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Semen Cassiae can dredge fu organs, detoxify and reduce blood lipid; Radix Puerariae and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae have the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and purifying blood. , with tonic, complement each other, so as to play a role in consolidating the roots and clearing the source. Looking back on Huang Qi Road, 70 years later, life is limited and medicine is limited. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and rich theoretical knowledge and clinical experience. It is a treasure of China traditional culture. My feeling is that to learn Chinese medicine well, we must first have the determination to devote ourselves to the cause of Chinese medicine in the motherland. If we have no determination, we will not be wise. How can we learn a subject well if we have no confidence in it? Secondly, studying medicine should be accompanied by clinical practice. We should not only inherit the valuable experience of our predecessors, but also have the spirit of pioneering ideas and practical innovation. Be knowledgeable, inquisitive, thoughtful, discerning and persistent, study hard and persevere. Only in this way can the clinical curative effect be improved, and hard work pays off. The back waves of the Yangtze River push the front waves, hoping that the latecomers will strive to realize the development and improvement of traditional Chinese medicine.
