First, running.

Running is a national fitness program, suitable for all ages and people. Running exercise is not strict with the venue requirements, and the time and intensity can be freely arranged and flexibly controlled. At the same time, running exercise can promote the improvement of all aspects of human body functions, especially the improvement of heart function. This is my most commonly used form of exercise.

Second, yoga.

Yoga is an aerobic exercise. With breathing, it has soothing movements and stretching training for joint muscles in various parts of the human body, and has a positive strengthening effect on human body and spirit.

Third, ball games.

Most ball games are suitable for middle-aged people as a way of physical exercise, except for some ball games that are particularly intense or have special requirements for venues and equipment. Such as table tennis and badminton. Volleyball and basketball can be played if physical strength is available. Ball games consume a lot of physical strength and have obvious exercise effect.

Fourth, square dance.

This is a popular exercise method for people aged 30 to 60. Among them, people in their forties and fifties are the most active. Square dance is easy to learn, there is no special venue requirement, as long as there is flat ground. Outside our community, it is next to the square. There are usually dozens of square dance teams every morning, and the scene is particularly spectacular.

Exercise for an hour every day and live happily for a lifetime. Forty years old, let's move!
