Planning of Eco-rural Tourism Resort —— Eco-rural tourism of the former Beijing Heshanyi Planning and Design Institute is a way of leisure and vacation that people are pursuing now. How can such rural tourism projects be planned to attract more tourists? Beijing Heshan Yishui Planning and Design Institute has solved this problem through the detailed planning of Longyan Yangyeyuan Eco-tourism Resort.

The project is located in Yang She Village, xinluo district, Longyan City, Fujian Province. Yang She Village began to develop tourism in 2006, and citrus picking and farmhouse music have begun to take shape. However, there are still some bottleneck problems, such as obvious shortage of tourism facilities, single development of agricultural industry, poor driving force of regional development, short product chain and lack of leisure products. After in-depth investigation and in-depth communication with leaders at all levels and local experts, Beijing Heshanyi Planning and Design Institute put forward the project orientation of building "the first mountain city in western Fujian and a hundred miles ecological corridor". At the same time, it puts forward the strategic thinking of promoting the rural tourism of Waishe through "four major changes", realizing the branding of Waishe, and forming the characteristic ecological experience products with the most "hometown" characteristics and local lifestyle, so that Yang She Village in Longyan City, Fujian Province is listed as a national ecological culture demonstration village and a rural tourism star village in Fujian Province.

According to the investigation and study, Beijing Heshanyi Planning, Design and Research Institute divides the eco-cultural holiday zone in Yang She's hometown into four functional zones, namely:

(2) Tourism route planning

The tour route planning in the project is mainly based on the route of "exploring villages, exploring roads, finding water and finding mountains". Through the effective series connection of these four routes and various scenic spots in the project, a complete tour route of the tourist area is formed.

Take the roads in the original plot as the main skeleton, widen and adjust locally. The red line width of the main road is 7 meters; Secondary roads are opened inside each community, and the width of red lines is 4m and 5m respectively.

Step 2 walk the path

The main scenic spots in the planning area are connected by walking trails, which are in the form of wooden plank roads, stone steps and hard pavements, and the road width is1-2m.

3. Parking lot

In order to meet the static parking demand of traffic inside and outside the project area, a parking lot with 327 parking spaces is added in the entrance service area on the basis of retaining the parking lot in Yang She Village.
