Cooking tips
1. Pork belly must be marinated for a long time, which is very tasty. There is no need to add other seasonings except soy sauce. If you add too much, the natural taste of the meat itself will be lost.
2. Be sure to use fat and thin pork and pork belly with a little more fat, so that the fat will melt after cooking, the entrance is smooth and the fragrance is long.
3. Duck egg yolk can be bought in boxes. If not, it is ok to remove the egg white with raw duck eggs. Egg white can be used to make other dishes.
