What do you mean by exhausting everything?
Confucianism is "cultivate one's morality, govern the country and level the world." Taoism is "keeping in good health, hiding from the world, and being poor in everything." Buddhism (Buddhism) means "seeing nature, saving the world and understanding everything."

Confucianism: this should be "cultivate one's morality, keep one's family in order, govern the country and level the world!" " "

Cultivation is easy to understand. No matter what you do, you must have a good figure. The so-called good health means your physical and mental health.

Qijia: Similarly, no matter how good a person is, there is always a fire in the backyard. Either the parents are at odds or the mother-in-law is at odds. Otherwise, brothers become enemies and sisters-in-law become enemies. Then this man can't achieve any great ambitions. So let the family live in harmony, and let the family be your own backing.

Rule the country and level the world! This is easier to understand. Confucianism is independent and helps the world. When they have no ability, or when their ability is insufficient, they will farm and read family heirlooms. When they have the ability, they will go out to govern the country and finally pacify the world.

Taoism:

Health: The ultimate goal of Taoism is immortality, but the most fundamental idea is immortality.

Seclusion: so every Taoist descendant spends his energy on how to live forever, and has no time to care about anything else. As we all know, people will inevitably be disturbed by some things in society, so they will be separated from the secular world and be disturbed as little as possible.

Poor everything: also known as exhausting everything. "Tao gives birth to one, life gives birth to two, life gives birth to three, and life gives birth to everything!" So if you want to be immortal, you must realize the Tao, which is the law of all things in the world. When you finally get the Tao through enlightenment, you will exhaust the laws or truths of all things.

Buddhist: (I don't quite understand this)

Ask a basic question about Yangming's mind. Yang Ming said "unreasonable outside the heart". I want to ask what is the reason? If it means all the truths in the world, there is a problem.

Previous friends all understood it from the perspective of Buddhism, ignoring that Yangming's theory of mind was essentially Confucianism. An important manifestation of Confucianism is the moral responsibility of helping others. When saying "unreasonable outside the heart", it is accompanied by "heart is reason". The point here is not where the heart is, what it has and what it does, but what the heart is.

In Confucianism, reason is the judgment and measurement of things, so Mencius said conscience, benevolence, courtesy and wisdom, and reason, and later Song Confucianism unified it into reason. All the right and wrong, likes and dislikes, kindness and etiquette of foreign things in our hearts come from our own innate moral norms called justice and conscience, that is, the heart of knowing good and evil, which in turn urges us to act, that is, a responsibility.

The so-called mind is reason, which means that all our consciences are sufficient and inherent, because various external distractions and delusions lead to the disturbance of desires, which leads to these benign hearts not being correctly grasped. When we get rid of our own selfish desires, delusions and distractions, the single-mindedness of the heart can lead to the understanding and grasp of rationality, so "justice" is the embodiment of natural conscience, and there is no other rational understanding except this natural conscience, because "heart"

In the cognition of conscience and external things, Yangming's theory of mind and Buddhism's idealism and nothing outside the heart have their own reasons, but each has its own purpose. Buddhism's idealism, which has nothing outside the heart, is epistemology and belongs to static and point. It is a way to know and analyze yourself. I don't mean how to make full use of it, but after I am enlightened. Confucianism is a guide to rationality, methodology and action. It is about how to achieve the goal of world peace through conscience in social life, not about how we are, but about how we are.

The truth of this world you are talking about is the Confucian principle of benevolence and morality, and the law of gravity and so on. Although it is reflected in all things, it is only the relationship between them, and it has no direct relationship with measuring and judging moral things. This is another principle. Confucianism also talks about understanding the "reason" in the world by understanding things and analyzing things, which can also include the relationship between gravity and evolution, but ultimately it is not for this purpose, but to correct the development direction of things and seek the correct path of life. Those gravitations, dynamics, existential relationships and so on. For Confucianism, it is only a process and phenomenon, not the ultimate principle. This is why there were no scientists in physical chemistry in ancient China, because they did not pay attention to the analysis and research of phenomena.

What do you mean by "Wu Ge"?

Knowing knowledge from things is a very important philosophical concept of Confucianism. In the Northern Song Dynasty, Zhu thought: "A governor wants to do what I know, but he is poor in what he knows." This is the most general and accurate expression of Zhu's "knowing people from things". Push your knowledge to the extreme and want to know everything. I am so poor that I want to be everywhere. As for Zhu's explanation, our understanding is that "materialism" means "materialism", and everything should be understood and explored. To know is to be a real wise man and never be careless in doing things.

What do you mean, treat everything like a dog?

From the fifth chapter of the Tao Te Ching, the first book of Laozi's Tao Te Ching.

Original text:

Heaven and earth are ruthless, and everything is a grass dog; Saints are ruthless and treat people like pigs. Between heaven and earth, is it still ambiguous? Empty but not bent, I moved out. Better be poor than stay in the middle.

Chapter purport:

This chapter is a continuation of the previous chapter to further discuss "Daochong". Here "humanity" is inferred from "heaven" and "society" is inferred from "nature". The core idea is to explain the benefits of quietism.

This chapter uses metaphors to explain how to correctly understand and treat nature, and discusses that heaven and earth belong to nature, and society should conform to nature and keep quiet and vivid.

Precautions:

Chú dog: A dog made of grass. It was used for sacrifice in ancient times. After the sacrifice, throw it away or burn it. Metaphor is cheap and useless. The metaphor of this paper is that heaven and earth are indifferent to everything, and saints are indifferent to the people and let them die. As Wu Cheng said in the Yuan Dynasty: "Grass dogs are tied into the shape of dogs with grass, which is also used to pray for rain. After praying, I abandoned it, with no intention of cherishing it. Heaven and earth have nothing to love, let it live; The sage has no intention of loving the people, but let it die, so he uses an straw dogs as a metaphor. "

Tuó yuè: Yuda, a figurative word, meaning "like" and "as if"; In ancient smelting, the combustion-supporting appliances used to blow fire-ladle and air duct-were ancient bellows.

G incarnation: Do your best.

Yu: Tongyu means more.

Smell more and count less: sense of smell, experience and knowledge. Lao Tzu thinks that knowing a lot is wise, on the other hand, government decrees are cumbersome, conan the destroyer. Number: pass "speed", which means increasing storage. Poverty: trapped and poor, working hard, there is no way to do it.

English: "Chong" means inner emptiness. Keep the center: keep silent.

Translation:

There is no love between heaven and earth, it regards everything as a dog tied by grass; Sages have no kindness, treating people like grass and binding dogs. Isn't heaven and earth like bellows? There is no end to it, and the more it encourages, the more it creates wind. Broadening one's knowledge will accelerate poverty and will not keep inner peace.

What is the difference between Wang Yangming's enlightenment and Buddhism's enlightenment?

Wang Yangming was an outstanding representative of Neo-Confucianism in Song and Ming Dynasties, but his understanding of the mind was not comparable to that of Zen monks at that time.

However, for thousands of years, there has never been a second Wang Yangming. Now, not to mention that there is no one in the Buddhist world, that is Confucianism. Neo-Confucianism wants to find a person who is half as conscious as he is, and there is no more.

July 15

According to legend, from July 1st every year, the King of Yan ordered to open the gates of hell, so that the ghosts who suffered and were imprisoned in hell all the year round could get out of hell, get a short wander and enjoy human blood. Therefore, people call July a ghost month, and this month is considered an unlucky month. They neither get married nor move.

Every year, the fifteenth day of the seventh lunar month is the Yulan Festival, also known as the Mid-Yuan Festival, Magu Festival, July 30th or Ghost Festival. In the past, people would prepare some dishes, wine, rice, gold and silver clothes and paper on this night to worship ghosts and gods at the intersection.

The custom of tolerance festival on July 15 is complicated, including folk ghost festival, Taoist Mid-Autumn Festival, Buddhist Bonner Festival, and the festival of integration of Buddhism, Taoism and Buddhism. Taoism has so-called heavenly officials, local officials and water officials, which are collectively called the three officials. These three officials are the representatives sent to the world by the Jade Emperor. Every year, they inspect the good and evil on earth and report to heaven. The birthdays of the three officials are the fifteenth day of the first month, the fifteenth day of July and the fifteenth day of October, also known as Sanyuan. July 15th, known as the Central Plains, was the time when local officials were pardoned. On this day, he will take out a thick roster and draw a picture according to the performance of immortals, mortals and animals, so as to atone and avoid punishment. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, people engage in some sacrificial activities to save those ghosts and ghosts, which should be related to the forgiveness of sins by local officials. July 15 is the Buddhist Boni Festival. Legend has it that Manglietia saved her mother. From the Buddhist legend, Manglietia's mother (Manglietia is a Buddhist figure and one of the top ten disciples of Sakyamuni) fell into the hungry ghost road and lived a life without food. Mu Lian turned his divine power into food and gave it to his mother, but her mother did not change her greed. When she saw the food coming, she was afraid that other evil spirits would take her food. When the food is greedy, it immediately turns into charcoal and can't be swallowed. Although Mu Lian has magical powers, as a son of man, he can't save his mother, which is very painful. What about Buddha? The Buddha read the Bible of bonsai to him and told him to make a bonsai for his mother on July 15th. According to the instructions of the Buddhist group, Manglietia prepared various fruits and utensils on July 15th, and put them into pots to support ten monks. His mother just left the evil world and ascended to heaven. In view of this, the Buddha, by extension, asked Buddhist disciples to be filial and become a Buddhist monk on July 15 every year to repay their parents' kindness. The significance of Buddhist bonsai coincides with Confucian filial piety, and this day has become a ghost festival for folk sacrifices to deceased parents and ancestors.

July 15 of the lunar calendar is the biggest festival in the underworld-Ghost Festival, also known as Zhongyuan Festival or Arahara Festival, and it is one of the three major festivals in China. There is a folk legend that the Lantern Festival is celebrated in the underworld and the Ghost Festival is celebrated in the underworld. It is said that on that day, Yan Xihui will spend the festive season with ghosts dressed in costumes. Let us living people bless them together and wish people in another world all their wishes come true and enjoy the happiness that this world has not had time to enjoy. Therefore, many local festivals in our country will hold activities such as offering sacrifices, chanting Buddha, sweeping graves, reviewing, enjoying flowers and fishing to celebrate.

On July 15, the gate of hell was wide open. Whether it's burning paper money to send blessings, holding daisies to mourn, offering sacrifices to ancestors on the Internet, or putting out river lanterns, today's living people miss the past and send blessings to their ancestors together. This is the spontaneity of human spirit, the extension of feelings and the most basic belief. And at the same time, "the living should cherish every day, not be ashamed of society and friends, and not be ashamed of their loved ones who have left forever." Because, one day we will meet them. At that time, you can proudly say that you are a hero on earth and a ghost hero in the underworld! "

Taoist Mid-Autumn Festival

According to the cultural logic of Taoism, the time and space of a year should be divided into two parts: upper and lower yin and yang. Moreover, according to Taoism in China, the three basic elements for nurturing everything in the world are heaven, earth and water. Therefore, Taoism regards the first half of the year as a celestial official and the second half as a local official. What needs to be explained here is that the "official" mentioned here does not refer to the "official" of human officials, but refers to the fragments in the process of time and space flow, similar to the "official" in China Weiqi game.

Taoism in China is mainly produced in the developed areas of agricultural civilization in China. Therefore, Taoism in China has always believed that heaven and earth are mysterious, everything is born on the earth, water is the foundation of life, and the earth contains water. That is to say, because China's agricultural civilization pays attention to land and water. ......
