Especially after exercise, I feel particularly hungry. When I'm hungry, I feel weak, my hands and feet are shaking, and I even feel dizzy. The blood sugar was checked during the annual physical examination of the unit, and there was no problem. ...

In fact, this kind of question cannot be answered in general. Because there are at least two kinds of people to discuss.

The first kind of people, there is no problem of "three highs", but they are usually weak, muscular and have a small daily diet. In addition to hypoglycemia, there may be problems such as indigestion, hypotension and anemia. The second kind of people, with large waist and abdomen, decreased blood sugar control ability, high blood sugar after meals and low blood sugar before meals, are high-risk groups of diabetes. * * * The same thing is that both need to be eaten in a slow digestion and blood sugar control mode.

Only the former needs to pay attention to increasing the supply of protein and strengthening nutrition; The latter should control the weight and reduce the amount of staple food, especially increase the amount of exercise, reduce the waist circumference and reduce the body fat rate. In fact, in the first group, there are also different situations.

The situation of the first person 1:

Originally, the body was in a healthy state, just because of busy work, or bad mood, eating disorders, eating too little, leading to physical decline, malnutrition, hypoglycemia. This situation can be restored as long as you eat well.

For months, she often skipped breakfast and ate very little lunch. Sometimes she only eats a sweet potato, two apples or half a corn, and only eats a big meal when she is particularly hungry at night. Sunny sunny belongs to this situation. She always feels full when eating, but before the next meal, she often feels weak, dizzy and trembling in the office. Chocolate, biscuits, bread and the like must be put in the carry-on bag. However, after eating these sweets at that time, after an hour, or adding a little exercise, hypoglycemia will appear again.

Because she ate very little rice, and because of indigestion, she didn't take enough protein food and vegetables, and her blood sugar was worse without the cooperation of protein and vegetables. Naturally, it is easy to get hungry and hypoglycemia after exercise.

But what did she eat when she found hypoglycemia? Either bread with high glycemic index (even if the whole wheat is sugar-free, it will not change this), or chocolate and biscuits with low protein and high fat. Did she replenish protein to her body? Not at all. It's either carbohydrates or fat. Although these foods can make her less hungry at that time, the nutritional density is very low, which is not conducive to the long-term stability of blood sugar and will promote weight gain.

In order to improve her blood sugar control ability, she needs to exercise and build muscles. However, according to her diet, protein and various nutrients are in short supply. Even if she exercises occasionally, it is difficult to gain muscle. Therefore, people with weak muscles should not eat a low-protein diet often, and then indulge themselves in sweets and sweet drinks on the grounds of hypoglycemia.

The second kind of people: eat enough for three meals a day, and eat no less than others.

But strangely, hypoglycemia still occurs before meals. Once you are hungry, you are particularly anxious. You are flustered, short of breath, sweating, weak hands and feet, and impatient. At the same time, the waist circumference is too large, body fat is more, and it is easy to feel tired. I eat even less than before and look fatter.

This situation is most suitable for eating whole grains instead of white rice flour as the staple food, accompanied by enough protein and vegetables. This is not only not easy to get hungry after meals, but also can stabilize blood sugar, so that blood sugar will not be high after meals and low before meals. At the same time, take the initiative to add a small cup of low-sugar yogurt and half an apple at 10 in the morning and 4 pm.

After eating the right food, he obviously felt more energetic, no longer felt sleepy after meals and weak before meals, and his blood sugar after meals also improved significantly. At the same time, in order to improve your blood sugar control ability, you need to strengthen exercise and lose excess fat in your abdomen.

It is especially suggested here that people who are prone to hypoglycemia, less exercise and muscle weakness can easily turn into pre-diabetes once the fat in the waist and abdomen is greatly increased.

Especially pregnant expectant mothers, it is easy to clean up gestational diabetes. Therefore, it is suggested to test glucose tolerance and insulin level before pregnancy. It is not enough to measure fasting blood glucose only.

In the latter two cases, you need to increase your exercise. However, due to the need for nutritional cooperation in gaining muscle and reducing fat during exercise, the following suggestions are needed:

If you eat a small amount of food and have a weak digestive ability, don't think you have eaten enough just because you are full. It is advisable to take the initiative to add meals in addition to three meals to ensure nutritional supply.

-while eating the staple food, eat it with fish, eggs and vegetables. Don't just gulp porridge, so that blood sugar will be more stable after meals and hypoglycemia will not occur easily before the next meal.

-Take the initiative to add meals between meals to avoid hypoglycemia caused by hunger.

Foods with high nutritional value should be selected, such as milk, soybean milk, yogurt, etc. Oatmeal porridge; Dried fruits and nuts 1: 1 etc. Try not to use sweets, sweets, biscuits, bread and chocolate waffles.

Finally, advise friends with hypoglycemia not to take weight as the biggest thing, and don't think that increasing nutrition will make people heavier and have scruples.

If you are really overweight, you should first improve your physique and strengthen your muscles, and then consider losing weight. Adequate nutrition, strong body, stable blood sugar level, the body will naturally get better after exercise. If hypoglycemia often occurs after exercise because of insufficient nutrition, the effect of exercise is hardly satisfactory.
