Starting this week, mother Chen insists on writing a story about my business every week. Some of these stories will include my past work experience, my growth and gains in the process of starting a business, and perhaps the stories of my team partners.

My venture is not a grand undertaking, but a lucky choice for ordinary people when they are cornered. I have experienced two adventures in my past life. The first time I was selling in the insurance industry, and the second time I started a business was a health industry that I still insist on.

Today, I will focus on my first venture.

20 10 is the most important year in my life. Two major events happened that year: first, I quit my traditional job and joined an insurance company; second, I married my current husband. The reason why these two things are put together is because in my past life, the value and significance brought by choosing the insurance industry seem to be as important as my life events.

Doing insurance sales is just a job for many people, but for me, it is the beginning of starting a business. We still need to punch in every day and get a commission from the insurance company, but we signed an agency contract with the insurance company, not a relationship with the company's employees.

On the other hand, when starting a business in an insurance company, except for punching in and out of work, the rest of the time is completely free and you can arrange your own work. You can lie at home and sleep with everyone, or you can go out to meet customers. No one will restrain you, as long as you have grades at the end of the month. There is no limit, just look at the results you produce.

People who do well in the insurance industry earn more than ordinary office workers. Some seniors work hard, earning hundreds of thousands of millions a year.

Insurance sales are still the first choice for many people who yearn for freedom.

As an introvert, I just started to choose this industry, but I still can't reach many people's glasses. In everyone's opinion, it is very difficult to do sales, especially insurance sales, and only people who are particularly talkative and extroverted can do it. How can I do this kind of work if I am not talkative and reserved?

But I did, and I did it for three years. In the past three years, compared with the hundreds of thousands of big coffees in those years, there is still a long way to go, and some small achievements have been made through our own efforts. I have insisted on two stable orders every month for more than ten months, and my income has increased several times compared with when I just graduated from traditional industries.

At first, I was chosen to do this job. Although the parents-in-law didn't say anything, they were not satisfied. They think it is serious to find a stable job, and they may even feel ashamed to take out insurance. They don't want to mention my work in front of outsiders.

Although I was young at that time and influenced by my parents' business, I knew that I was working in a traditional industry and there was no way out for me to get a fixed income. If you are limited in spending money, you may be stuck with your salary for life, and the rate of wage increase will never keep up with the rate of price increase. Traditional industries, it is easy to kill people's passion, so don't work too hard to ensure the harvest through drought and flood.

Choosing to start a business, whether in other industries or the insurance industry, will earn considerable income as long as you work hard. In particular, I saw that the seniors are full of energy every day, dressed brightly, happy to meet customers, and have rich and colorful free time. Compared with the lethargy of traditional industries, I yearn for such a variety.

I read an article by Sister Xing (a maverick cat) two days ago and told a story.

It is said that there are two brothers in the United States. My brother is an executive in the top 500, with rich and stable income and good welfare. My brother is a taxi driver, his income fluctuates, and his life and income are very unstable, but he is similar to his brother after one year.

During the economic crisis, my brother lost his job and his income became zero. Faced with the high mortgage, he had to make do with his savings and didn't know what to do. But my brother is still driving a taxi, and his income is the same as before.

A profound truth is revealed behind this story. The immediate stability is precisely the future instability. Our parents' generation lived all their lives, and they had a stable job and a stable income, which was the result of their time.

Now is the era of national entrepreneurship, and the technology is updated too fast. Behind many seemingly stable and glamorous occupations, there is a huge crisis, and maybe one day this industry will be eliminated by the times. In today's era, we should be brave in starting a business and firmly follow our own path.

Whenever you choose to start a business, there will be voices of opposition around you. Some old people may say, stability is good, don't fiddle around, relatives and friends around you will have all kinds of blows.

Parents' worries are understandable. They don't understand our times, and they are worried that you will lose everything if you fail to start a business.

Psychologists have analyzed that people around you will have a fixed pattern. You were originally in a circle and a class. When you choose to start a business and jump out of this circle, it is different from them. The real reason behind all kinds of blows is to pull you back. They don't want to change themselves and are used to a comfortable life. They are afraid that you will enter a new class, and the gap between them is getting bigger and bigger through hard work. They are afraid that you will have a better life than them.

The road of life should be your own, everyone should have the right to choose their own destiny, and no one can grasp the general direction of life for you. Young people should be brave in difficulties, choices and persistence.

Three years in an insurance company is really much more difficult than traditional work. Behind the storm, there are also moments when customers trust to sign the bill when they meet for the first time. Some customers don't agree with your incomprehension, and some customers are moved to thank you when they see the benefits being settled.

Three years in the insurance industry, I have been under endless pressure, and I have gained a lot of growth in this pressure.

Facing different people every day, through interactive communication, I have enhanced my communication ability and anti-attack ability, and my internal strength and comprehensive quality have been greatly improved. At the same time, we have gained a lot of new information, broadened our horizons and increased our knowledge reserves. These are all my gains.

These reserves and promotion, and later engaged in the health industry, baby care, gave me unlimited help. Being a nanny is still not valued by many people because it belongs to the direct selling industry. Fighting and throwing cold water is worse than being an insurance company. In the past, the accumulation and growth of the industry, as well as the firm belief, kept me going, and gained a stable team and business partners who followed me closely today.

Believe in the power of faith! This is a very energetic sentence, which I saw in an activity of an insurance company. Until today, it has inspired me to forge ahead in all kinds of difficulties.

Past experience is a valuable asset.

Although I gave birth to a child because of pregnancy, I didn't persist in the insurance industry, but I can't say that my first venture was a failure. In the early days of starting a business, there is no difference between success and failure. What you gain in this process is the most important.

Success first, then growth, and growth must be before success.

When you have accumulated enough knowledge and accumulated enough knowledge before starting a business, you will be more confident and fearless of challenges, so is success far away?

I stayed at my mother's house yesterday. I woke up at 4 o'clock in the morning and sat at a small table, telling my past story under the light of a small desk lamp. I am calm and grateful for my past choices.
