According to the report, the top ten diseases that have the greatest impact on public health are: neck pain, low back pain, hearing loss (caused by age and other reasons), major depression, migraine, diabetes, ischemic stroke, other musculoskeletal diseases, schizophrenia and osteoarthritis.

In terms of life attitude, when comparing physical health with wealth and work, 93% of the public think that physical health is the most important, and "family happiness" and "mental health" rank second or third. Compared with "having wealth" and "job satisfaction", the public is more concerned about health.

96% of the public expressed concern about their health, among which the top three worries were: poor skin condition (dermatitis, eczema or skin aging), anxiety and depression, and poor sleep. Women are more troubled than men in skin condition; Men have much more troubles in sexual life, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid than women.

In recent years, with the rise of social media, people's access to health knowledge has become more and more diversified. Among them, the public has a high degree of trust in WeChat official account and health App/ website; It is worth mentioning that although newspapers/magazines are no longer the main way to obtain information, they have a high degree of trust in the eyes of the public.

When it comes to losing weight, the proportion of people who pay attention to their bodies is not low, and 46% of them have lost weight in the past year. Losing weight is no longer exclusive to women. 42% of men have lost weight successfully, and more and more men have begun to join the fitness team.

From the age distribution, the proportion of young people who often participate in physical exercise after 80 s and 90 s is low, only about 25%; At the same time, the survey shows that with the growth of age, the proportion of people who regularly participate in physical exercise is gradually increasing, and the number of people before the age of 70 can reach 73%.

The top three hospitals are still the first choice.

68% of the public will choose public top three hospitals when they are sick; Although social medical services, multi-point practice and doctor groups have gradually emerged in recent years, not many people choose these methods to see a doctor, mainly concentrated in ultra-high-income people with a monthly income of more than 50 thousand yuan.

Among the public, 27% people have bought health insurance, among which the post-80s generation has the highest purchase ratio, reaching 36%; And the purchase ratio after 70 also reached 30%; The purchase ratio before 70 is the lowest, only 18%.

Most people spend about 5000 yuan on insurance every year. Among the post-80s and post-90s public, the proportion who are willing to pay high insurance funds is higher. Especially after 1980s, the proportion of the public whose annual insurance expenditure exceeds 1 10,000 yuan reaches 23%; In the post-70s and post-90s generation, the proportion is 17% and 19% respectively. Among the people before the age of 70, the proportion is 8%.
