The colors of agarwood are varied, with nearly ten colors. The reason why agarwood has different colors is that the production environment, infected strains, agarwood tree species, fragrance making methods and fragrance making years are different.
The color of agarwood oil ranges from gray, dark gray to black, ochre, tan, brown, iron brown and light green, among which black is more common. Because of the different colors between wood grain and texture, it is not surprising to see two or three colors in the same agarwood finished product.
