Houjie town is located on the east bank of the Pearl River Delta, in the middle of the Suigang Economic Corridor, connecting Dongguan in the north, Humen Port in the south, Dalingshan in the east, Shatian in the southwest, and Daojiao and Hongmei across the river in the northwest. Houjie town covers an area of 125.7 square kilometers, and the town center is located at 22 56' north latitude and113 40' east longitude.
