Xiu De, a Confucian, cultivated the mind by a Buddhist.
Confucianism advocates the way of a gentleman and what a gentleman does, so it modifies the table. Taoism advocates indifference to fame and fortune, purity and inaction, and does not care about the glitz of affairs, so it is self-cultivation. Buddhism says that life is just a skin, paying attention to merit, inner strength and self-cultivation, so it is said to cultivate the mind and cultivate the nature. Personal opinions may be biased, so I hope to adopt them.
