Second, daily light activities: These activities are not deliberate exercises, but normal home activities and office activities. These daily activities also consume energy. Generally speaking, walking consumes more energy than standing, standing consumes more energy than sitting, and sitting consumes more energy than lying. A big problem for modern people is that the daily energy consumption is declining-eight hours in front of the computer, going out to drive, going upstairs to take the elevator, relying on electrical appliances for housework, relying on the remote control for TV, surfing the Internet for leisure or playing mahjong ... However, the energy consumed is really too little. People often need to add a third item, that is, beneficial physical exercise, to maintain a normal weight. Exercise is the best way to lose weight. Besides this third item, beneficial physical exercise. Experts in China suggest that besides daily activities, you should take at least 6,000 steps every day, which is equivalent to a distance of about 4 kilometers, or take other forms of exercise. Trying to make yourself have a little fever and your heart beat faster every day is the biggest secret to prevent fat from getting on your body. Everyone has different heredity, different physique and different activity. So eating the same amount of food, some people will be fat and some people will be thin, which is nothing incredible. Genes cannot be changed, but what we can do is to change our energy balance and make ourselves a person who is not easy to gain weight.
