Porridge can benefit people and is suitable for all ages. The smell is light and delicious, which is the top grade; The less inferior is the mid-range; The more turbid, the worse. Middle-aged and elderly people eat countless porridge, and when they are hungry, they can also strengthen their bodies and enjoy a long life. Eating porridge should be light when you are sick. Clearing fire and benefiting water can make the five internal organs calm, and there is a clear test, especially for people with diarrhea. As far as nursed back to health is concerned, porridge should be eaten on an empty stomach or at dinner. But don't eat other food after eating porridge. Don't be too full when eating, you will get hurt if your stomach swells a little. When heating after meals, the body sweats slightly, which is beneficial to the smooth flow of blood throughout the body.
