Practice of Health Tea in Winter
Winter is a cold and dry season, so we can drink some health tea to keep fit. The following are the practices of several winter health teas:

1. Brown sugar ginger tea:

Ingredients: ginger, brown sugar and water.

Exercise:

1) Wash ginger, peel and cut into thin slices or filaments for later use.

2) Add ginger slices into water, heat with low fire for about 10 minute, and boil ginger juice.

3) Pour in a proper amount of brown sugar and heat for a few minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved and stirred evenly.

4) Pour the tea soup into the teacup, and the sweetness and concentration can be adjusted according to personal taste.

2. Lemon honey tea:

Ingredients: fresh lemon, honey and water.

Exercise:

1) Wash the lemon and cut it into small pieces for later use.

2) Pour a cup of water into the pot, heat it until it boils, add lemon blocks to squeeze out the juice, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3) Add lemon juice to the teacup, add appropriate amount of honey and stir well.

3. Green tea wolfberry tea:

Ingredients: green tea, medlar and water.

Exercise:

1) Wash green tea and medlar with clear water.

2) Pour a cup of water into the pot, heat it until it boils, add green tea leaves and medlar, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3) Pour the tea soup into a teacup, and add appropriate amount of honey or brown sugar according to personal taste.

4. Longan jujube tea:

Ingredients: longan pulp, red dates and water.

Exercise:

1) Wash longan meat and red dates for later use.

2) Pour a cup of water into the pot, heat it to boiling, add longan pulp and red dates, and cook for 10- 15 minutes.

3) Pour the tea soup into the teacup and add appropriate amount of honey or brown sugar according to the taste.
