Ingredients: 300g silver carp, 5g minced ham, sliced ham 1 0g, water-soaked mushrooms1slice, a little onion, chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, monosodium glutamate, salt, cooked lard, chicken oil and cooking wine.

Practice Wash silver carp meat and chop it into paste, add a little water and salt, put it in a bowl, stir it in the same direction until it doesn't stick to your hands, add a little water and mix well, let it stand for 5 minutes, add chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, ham powder, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine and cooked lard, mix well into paste, squeeze it into about 20 fish balls the size of walnuts by hand, and boil it in a soup pot.
