A, domestic sewage culture method

If you want to speed up the process, you can add some thick manure or swill in the early stage to improve the nutritional composition. At the initial stage of aeration, attention should be paid to controlling the amount of aeration not to be too large.

Second, dry mud inoculation and culture methods

If conditions permit, the dried sludge after sewage dehydration in the sewage system that has been running normally can be selected as the strain source for inoculation and culture. In general, the dry mud content is 1% of the total volume of the aeration tank. Mash with appropriate amount of water, and add appropriate amount of industrial wastewater and fecal water. This can quickly form high-concentration activated sludge.

Third, bacterial culture in toxic or refractory industrial wastewater.

Toxic or refractory industrial wastewater can only be cultivated with domestic sewage first, and then gradually introduced into industrial wastewater for domestication.

Fourthly, inoculate that introduced strain to culture bacteria.

It is difficult to cultivate some special water quality strains, so local scientific research strength can be used to cultivate strains by professional industrial microbiology research institute before inoculation, such as PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) aerobic digestion to produce special aerobic bacteria. This method has large investment and long cycle, and can only be used under special circumstances.

Advantages of sewage bacteria

1, the culture period is short: biological contact oxidation method can quickly hang the membrane for 2-3 days, and the bacterial aerobic pool attached to the filler is yellow-brown, and you can feel the sticky feeling like snot when you touch it. At the same time, the sludge output is very small, so it is not necessary to discharge sludge frequently, and the sludge discharge cycle varies from half a month to one month;

The culture cycle of using activated sludge alone can be shortened by using activated sludge as attachment point and adding solid powder strains, and the cycle can be shortened to about half.

2. Wide treatment range: solid powder microbial strains can effectively remove BOD, COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in wastewater, while bacteria have limited treatment of total phosphorus, and the removal of total phosphorus is mainly related to the sewage treatment process structure.

3. Strong stability: The sewage biochemical tank not only needs a fast cycle of cultivating strains, but also is very important for the new stable operation in the later period.
