When you reach your chin, turn your palms outward, then lift them up, then push them up gradually, tilt your head back, lift your heels, and land on your toes. Then separate your hands, slowly fall from both sides of your body to your abdomen, then cross and do 16 times.

Arm-slapping method: extend the left arm forward, slap the upper, lower, inner and outer sides of the left arm with the right palm, and then clap the right arm with the left palm, each time 10.

Joint movement method: when standing, raise your hands to shoulder level, separate your fingers, point your four fingers forward, bend your elbows naturally, move left and right 20 times, and move up and down 20 times.
