Is there a difference between the southern version and the northern version of the stewed goose?
The strength of geese in southern society is innate. The southern region has developed water system, which is suitable for waterfowl growth. For a long time, I wandered around the rivers and lakes, eating fish, shrimp and crabs. Coupled with abundant rain and vigorous plant growth, the goose went out for a walk, ate a little casually and added all the supplements! Most geese in the north live on land, and water resources are not rich. On weekdays, I grew up by eating insects and eating grass seeds, and my nutrition is worse than that of geese in the south. Another reason is that the climate in the north is dry and cold. When winter comes, the geese in the north eat less, so they can only supplement their consumption by consuming their own fat. Over time, the geese in the north have rough meat and bad smell. The Southern Goose, which grows in a warm environment all the year round, has fresh and tender meat. Needless to say, it doesn't even smell fishy. Even if it is steamed, there is no pressure, not to mention covering it with any sauce!
